Մաշկի պիլինգի համար նախատեսված կոսմետիկ միջոցները սովորաբար պարունակում են հղկող տարրեր, որոնք էական նշանակություն ունեն մաշկը մեռած բջիջներից ազատելու համար։ Մաշկի մաքրումը խթանում է արյան շրջանառությունը և օգնում է երիտասարդացնել մաշկի բջիջները։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ մաշկը դառնում է շատ փափուկ այդպիսի պրոցեդուրայից հետո։

Առաջարկվող միացությունը ոչ միայն մաքրում է մաշկը, այլ նաև հեռացնում է ցելյուլիտը։

Հիմնական բաղադրիչներն են շաքարավազը և աղը։ Այս բաղադրատոմսը  շատ պարզ է ու արդյունավետ ու կազատի ցելյուլիտից։

Անհրաժեշտ բաղադրիչները՝

• 250գ ծովային աղ

• 250գ շաքարավազ

• 100-150մլ արմավենու կամ ձիթապտղի յուղ։

Ծովային աղը պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ յոդ և միկրոտարրեր, որոնք նպաստում են մաշկի վերածնմանը։

 

Ինչպես կատարել պրոցեդուրան

• Վերոնշյալ 3 բաղարիչները լավ խառնել, որպեսզի ստացվի մածուցիկ խառնուրդ և թողնել մոտ կես ժամ, ապա կրկին լավ խառնել։ Մաշկի համար նախատեսված բնական պիլինգը պատրաստ է։

• Խառնուրդը քսել խնդրահարույց հատվածներին՝ 2-3 րոպե շրջանաձև մերսումներ կատարելով։

• Մերսելուց հետո մաշկը լվանալ տաք ջրով, ապա չորացնել և քսել փափկեցնող կրեմ կամ լոսյոն։

• Կատարել այս պրոցեդուրան ամեն երեկո։ Մոտ 1 ամիս պարբերաբար այն կատարելու դեպքում ցելյուլիտն ու մաշկի վրայի բծերը կանհետանան։

Առաջին դրական արդյունքները նկատելու դեպքում մի դադարեցրեք այն, որպեսզի ամբողջությամբ ազատվեք ցելյուլիտից և ունենաք գեղեցիկ մարմին։
