Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ընդունել է ԱԺ «Դաշնակցություն» խմբակցության անդամներին

Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հոկտեմբերի 11-ին ընդունել է ԱԺ «Դաշնակցություն» խմբակցության անդամներին՝ խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Իշխանյանի գլխավորությամբ: Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են գլխավորապես գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հայեցակարգի մշակման հետ կապված հարցեր: Այս մասին «Ար մենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Վարչապետ Ա. Հարությունյանը ներկայացրել է հայեցակարգի ընդհանուր սկզբունքները՝ մանրամասնելով առանձին ճյուղերի վերաբերյալ կառավարության մոտեցումները և շեշտադրելով, որ մասնագիտական ուսումնասիրություններն ու քննարկումները դեռևս ընթացքում են: Նա իր խոսքում, մասնավորապես, ասել է. «Կարծում եմ, որ ես բավարար քաղաքական ու գործարար փորձառություն ունեմ նախաձեռնելու գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հայեցակարգի մշակումը, ինչը սահմանելու և ձևավորելու է Արցախի գյուղատնտեսության առաջիկա տարիների զարգացման հիմնական սկզբունքներն ու ինստիտոտները: Դրա շնորհիվ ի վիճակի ենք լինելու երաշխավորել բնագավառի ինտենսիվ զարգացումը՝ հենված մասնագիտական խորը գիտելիքների և արդի տեխնոլոգիաների ակտիվ կիրառման վրա: Հայեցակարգի արդյունավետությունն ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ են և՛ մասնագիտական, և՛ հանրային քննարկումներ սկզբնական փուլում, իսկ հետո՝ հանրային լայն աջակցություն դրա իրագործման ճանապարհին»:
Խմբակցության անդամները ներկայացրել են առանձին ճյուղերի զարգացման վերաբերյալ իրենց տեսակետները և հայեցակարգի մշակման հարցում կառավարության և համապատասխան մասնագետների հետ համագործակցելու պատրաստակամություն հայտնել:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում պատգամավորները որոշ այլ հարցեր և առաջարկություններ են ուղղել գործադիր մարմնի ղեկավարին և ստացել համապատասխան պարզաբանումներ:
