ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան «ՀԱՊԿ դերը Եվրասիական անվտանգության ամրապնդման գործում» թեմայով կազմակերպված կլոր սեղանի շրջանակում հանդես եկավ ողջույնի խոսքով՝ ընդգծելով նման միջոցառում կազմակերպելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
«Կլոր սեղանի շրջանակում քննարկվելու են հարցեր՝ կապված մեր երկրների անվտանգության հետ: Այդքան էլ հեշտ ժամանակաշրջան չէ. ինչո՞ւ, որովհետեւ մեծ հաշվով անվտանգության գլոբալ համակարգերը ոչնչացված են, աշխարհի առաջատար խաղացողների միջեւ դադարեցված են փոխգործակցության կապերը` ահաբեկչության, թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության, ինչպես նաեւ մի շարք այլ մարտահրավերների եւ վտանգների դեմ պայքարի հարցում: Մենք խոսում ենք այն մասին, որ պետք է թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարել, սակայն երկրներ են բերվում հազարավոր տոննաներո վ պրեկուրսորներ, որոնց միջոցով երկրներոմ պատրաստվում են ծանր թմրանյութեր: Մենք ականատես ենք լինում մի շարք հակասությունների, երբ օրինակ, որևէ պետություն հանդես է գալիս ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի դիրքերից, բայց զինամթերք է մատակարարում ահաբեկչական խմբերի»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը:
Հոկտեմբերի 14-ին Երևանում կկայանա Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ)Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանը, որը կվարի Կազմակերպության Հավաքական անվտանգությանխորհրդում 2015-2016թթ. նստաշրջանների միջև ընկած ժամանակահատվածում նախագահությունն ստանձնածՀայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
Նստաշրջանում կքննարկվեն ՀԱՊԿ նախորդ տարվա գագաթնաժողովների որոշումների իրականացման ընթացքը,ինչպես նաև Կազմակերպությունում նախագահության ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմիցառաջադրված առաջնահերթությունները: Նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված երկու տասնյակ հարցերի շրջանակում կքննարկվեն միջազգային իրավիճակը և հավաքական անվտանգության ապահովմանարդիական հարցեր, կդիտարկվեն մինչև 2025թ. ժամանակահատվածի համար ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության ռազմավարության և ՀԱՊԿ ճգնաժամային արձագանքման կենտրոնի ստեղծմանվերաբերյալ որոշումների նախագծերը, ՀԱՊԿ գործունեության կատարելագործման, ինչպես նաև միջազգային ահաբեկչությանը հակազդեցության վերաբերյալ որոշումների իրականացումը:
