Թուրքիայի իշխող կուսակցությունը կարող է համագործակցել ազգայնականների հետ

Թուրքիայի իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը (ԱԶԿ) սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ անցկացնելու համար բանակցություններ է վարում ընդդիմադիր «Ազգայնական շարժում» կուսակցության (ԱՇԿ) հետ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Միլլիեթ» պարբերականը :
ԱԶԿ առաջնորդ և վարչապետ Բինալի Յըլդըրըմը հոկտեմբերի 12-ին հայտարարություն արեց սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների առաջարկն առաջիկայում մեջլիսին ներկայացնելու մասին: Այդ փոփոխությունները, մասնավորապես, առնչվում են Թուրքիայի կառավարական համակարգը խորհրդարանականից նախագահականի վերափոխելուն ու այդպիսով նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի լիազորություններն ավելացնելուն:
Թուրքիայի քաղաքական դաշտի կուլիսներում խոսվում է այն մասին, որ իշխող կուսակցությունը փոփոխությունների առաջարկը կներկայացնի առաջիկա 10 օրերի ընթացքում: Սակայն նախքան դա, կուսակցությունը սահմանադրական փոփոխության առաջարկները կպատրաստի ու կներկայացնի ազգայնական կուսակցությանը, որպեսզի ԱՇԿ-ն ևս իր համաձայնությունը տա դրան:
Իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը վերջին ընտրություններից հետո մեջլիսում ունի 317 պատգամավոր, սակայն քվեարկության ժամանակ ունի միայն 316 քվե, քանի որ մեջլիսի նախագահ, ԱԶԿ-ական Իսմայիլ Քահրամանը զրկված է քվեարկելու իրավունքից: Թուրքիայի մեջլիսում սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ անցկացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է առնվազն 330 պատգամավորական մանդատ: ԱՇԿ 40 պատգամավորների կողմ քվեարկելու պարագայում ԱԶԿ-ն կկարողանա առաջարկն ընդունել մեջլիսում և Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հարցով հանրաքվե գումարել:
Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները միայն մեջլիսի քվեարկությամբ հնարավոր են անցկացնել 367 պատգամավորի կողմ քվեարկելու պարագայում:
