Մայրաքաղաքի տոնը նշվել է նաև գերմանական Լեեր քաղաքում

Երևանի ծննդյան 2798-ամյակը գերմանահայ մեր հայրենակից Ալբերտ Թովմասյանի նախաձեռնությամբ մեծ հանդիսավորությամբ նշվել է նաև գերմանական Լեեր քաղաքում: Տոնական միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են Լեերի փոխքաղաքապետ Բրունո Շախները, Լեերի մարզպետ, Եվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Մաթիաս Գրոթեն, բազմաթիվ գերմանահայեր ու գերմանացիներ։

Երևանի ծննդյան օրվան նվիրված միջոցառումը նշանավորվել է գերմանական այս քաղաքի կենտրոնական այգու՝ Ինզելգարդենի նորաստեղծ Հայկական պուրակում Երևան-Լեեր բարեկամությունը խորհրդանշող նստարանների տեղադրմամբ, որոնք Լեերին է նվիրել Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը։ 
Շնորհավորելով ներկաներին մեր հինավուրց մայրաքաղաքի տարեդարձի առթիվ՝ Ալբերտ Թովմասյանը Հայկական պուրակի ստեղծմանն աջակցելու համար հատուկ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին, Լեերի քաղաքային խորհրդին, ում գործուն ջանքերի շնորհիվ կյանքի է կոչվել գեղեցիկ այս նախաձեռնությունը: 
Հարկ է նշել, որ դեռևս ամիսներ առաջ երկու քաղաքների բարեկամությունը խորհրդանշող նստարանների ձեռքբերման և Լեեր տեղափոխելու հարցում աջակցության խնդրանքով Ալբերտ Թովմասյանը դիմել էր Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին, և քաղաքապետի հանձնարարությամբ ծրագիրն արագ կյանքի է կոչվել: 
Ի դեպ նշենք, որ դեռ մեկ տարի առաջ Լեեր քաղաքում բնակվող միակ հայ ընտանիքի՝ Թովմասյանների ջանքերով նույն վայրում տեղադրվել է նաև հայկական խաչքար՝ նվիրված Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին։
