Երգչուհի Լիանան նիհարել է 15 կիլոգրամով (լուսանկար)

Երգչուհի Լիանան տևական ժամանակ է ինչ բացակայում է եթերից: Կապվեցինք Լիանայի հետ պարզելու համար, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված այս դադարը:
«Համաձայն եմ, որ մի տեսակ կորել եմ եթերից, սակայն ինքնակամ: Իրականում երգեր ձայնագրվում են, ակումբում շարունակում եմ երգել, բայց եթերային բացակայութնունս ևս ունի իր բացատրությունը: Արդեն մեկ տարուց ավել է առողջական որոշակի խնդիրներ ունեի, բացի դրանից էլ որոշել եմ քաշս նկատելիորեն իջեցնել ու նոր միայն ներկայանալ հեռուստադիտողին: Հենց հասնեմ այն քաշին, որին ձգտում եմ, իսկ ես դրան վստահ հասնելու եմ, ապա նոր կնկարահանեմ տեսահոլովակ»,- ասաց երգչուհին:

Լուսանկարում ակնհայտ երևում է դրական փոփոխությունը: Հետաքրքիր էր իմանալ, թե ինչպես են արձագանքում Լիաննայի ընկերները:
«Քիչ առաջ բժիշկ ընկերներիս տեսա ասեցին, թե Լիանա ջան, այս ինչպե՞ս ես նիհարել, իսկ ես ի պատասխան՝ հոգնեցի գեր լինելուց, ինչքան գեր տեսաք բավարար է, իսկ հիմա արդեն ուզում եմ նիհար տեսնեք: Մարդ կա ասում է, որ ինձ թմբլիկ էր սիրում, մարդ կա ասում է, որ այսպես անհամեմատ ավելի գեղեցկացել եմ: Բնականաբար գերակշռում են դրական կարծիքները: 3-4 ամսվա ընթացքում 15 կիլոգրամ նիհարել եմ, բայց հիմա պատրաստվում եմ ևս 20 կիլոգրամ իջեցնել քաշս և շատ մարտական եմ տրամադրված: Որոշել եմ դառնալ մի հրաշք անձնավորություն (ծիծաղում է)»,-պատմեց երգչուհին:
Լիանան բացարձակ միտում չունի թաքցնել քաշն իջեցնելու իր մեթոդը և սիրով կիսվեց իր սննդակարգով:
«Նիհարելը դա ուղեղով կառավարվող գործընթաց է: Երբ մարդ սոված է լինում, ապա չափի զգացումը կորցնում է և միայն մի քանի րոպեներ հետո է սկսում գիտակցել, որ շատ է կերել: Պարտադիր հաճախում եմ մարզասրահ, սննդակարգիս խիստ հետևում եմ: Առողջ սնունդ եմ օգտագործում՝ բացառել եմ ալյուրը, շաքարավազը և կարտոֆիլը: Սուրճ առանց շաքարի չեմ կարողանում խմել և շաքարավազը փոխարինել եմ մեղրով: Ուտում եմ 6 անգամ ու փոքր չափաբաժնով: 19:00-ից հետո աշխատում եմ առհասարակ չուտել: Ուտելուց հետո կտրականապես ջուր չեմ խմում,-Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում անկեղծացավ Լիաննան:
