Երևանում կայացավ ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրական մարմինների համատեղ նիստը

Հոկտեմբերի 14-ին Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում կայացավ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների արտգործնախարարների խորհրդի, պաշտպանության նախարարների խորհրդի և անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների կոմիտեի համատեղ նիստը, որը նախագահեց ՀԱՊԿ ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նախագահ, Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:
Համատեղ նիստը մեկնարկեց նեղ կազմով, ապա շարունակվեց ընդլայնված ձևաչափով՝ պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությամբ: Բացելով հանդիպումը` նախարար Նալբանդյանը մասնավորապես ասաց. «Հայաստանը մշտապես ակտիվ և նախաձեռնող է եղել կազմակերպության շրջանակներում փոխգործակցության կատարելագործման, անդամ պետությունների միջև համագործակցության սերտացման, արտաքին քաղաքականության համադրման մեխանիզմների զարգացման, պաշտպանական բնագավառում փոխգործակցության խթանման, միջազգային ասպարեզում նրա դերակատարության բարձրացման, առումով։ Կազմակերպության նախագահության շրջանակներում մենք շարունակեցինք հետևողական քայլերը վերոհիշյալ ուղղություններով»: Նախարար Նալբանդյանը ներկայացրեց ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը, ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրին նվիրված Վիեննայի և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգի գագաթաժողովներին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները՝ ընդգծելով, որ մինչ օրս Բաքուն հրաժարվում է կյանքի կոչել դրանք: Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն անդրադարձավ սիրիական ճգնաժամին և իրավիճակի կայունացման ուղղությամբ անհապաղ քայլերի ձեռնարկման անհրաժեշտությանը, միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարին և միգրացիոն ճգնաժամին։ Նիստին անդրադարձ կատարվեց նաև Աֆղանստանում տիրող իրավիճակին, ընդգծեց այդ երկրում ահաբեկչության աճի սպառնալիքը Կենտրոնական Ասիայի պետությունների անվտանգության համար: Համատեղ նիստին անդրադարձ արվեց կազմակերպության կանոնադրական մարմինների աշխատանքներին, քննարկվեցին ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների միջև միջազգային տարբեր ձևաչափերում համագործակցության ակտիվացումը, 2016-2017թթ. քաղաքական, պաշտպանական և անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդակցությունների անցկացման ժամանակացույցը: Նախարարական համատեղ նիստին հավանություն տրվեց հոկտեմբերի 14-ի օրվա երկրորդ կեսին կայանալիք Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդին ներկայացվելիք «Մինչև 2025թ. ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության ռազմավարության», Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանի եզրափակիչ հայտարարության, «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ» հայտարարության, հակահրթիռային պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ հայտարարության և այլն։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ համատեղ նիստին ստորագվեցին շուրջ երեք տասնյակ փաստաթղթեր։ Նիստի ավարտին ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրական մարմիններում նախագահությունը փոխանցվեց Բելառուսին:
