Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ խուլիգանություն հոդվածով: Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է գազային ատրճանակի չկրակված 4 փամփուշտ:
Այս մասին լրագրողներին տեղեկացրեց Շիրակի մարզի քննչական վարչության պետի տեղակալ Սահակ Մկրտչյանը: «Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության «Մուշի» բաժնի աշխատակցի զեկուցագրի համաձայն: Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է գազային ատրճանակի չկրակված 4 փամփուշտ, վնասված մեքենաներ: Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258 հոդվածով: Ըստ տեղեկությունների` դեպքը սկսվել է ավտովթարից: Կասկածվողների մի մասը բերման է ենթարկվել: Տվյալները ճշտվում են: Կրակոցների վերաբերյալ ընդհանրապես տեղեկություններ չկան, իսկ դեպքի վայրում հայ տնաբերված իրերը չեն խոսում կրակոց լինելու մասին՝ ո՛չ կրակված պարկուճ կա, ո՛չ կրակոցի հետևանքով վնասված մեքենա»,-նշեց Սահակ Մկրտչյանը՝ հաստատելով, որ տարածքում արյան հետքեր հայտնաբերվել են:

Գյումրի քաղաքում հոկտեմբերի 14-ին՝ ժամը 14:00-ի սահմաններում« տեղի է ունեցել ավտովթար՝ «ԲՄՎ» եւ «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաների մասնակցությամբ« որի պատճառով վիճաբանություն է առաջացել նշված երկու ավտոմեքենաների վարորդների միջեւ։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` Քննչական կոմիտեի ֆեյսբուքյան էջը տեղեկացնում է« որ նախնական տվյալներով՝ վիճաբանությունը վերածվել է խմբակային խուլիգանության« որի որոշ մասնակիցների մոտ եղել է նաեւ զենք: Ահազանգի հիման վրա՝ դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ Շիրակի մարզայ ին քննչական վարչության պետի պաշտոնակատար Սահակ Մկրտչյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է գազային ատրճանակի 4 հատ չկրակված փամփուշտ։ Միջադեպի մասնակիցներից մեկը« դիմելով փախուստի« հարեւանությամբ գործող մանկապարտեզի բակ է նետել ՏՏ տեսակի ատրճանակ: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները եւ մասնակիցների շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
