Տնտեսագետ Զոյա Թադևոսյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ դեֆոլտի նախանշաններն արդեն կան Հայաստանում:

Նման մեկնաբանություն նա արեց՝ անդրադառնալով առաջին նախագահի հայտարարությանը:

«Կառավարությունը պետք է հայտարարի, որ պետությունը սնանկ է: Իհարկե, կարող է չանել պաշտոնական հայտարարություն, ինչպես եղավ անցած տարի Հունաստանում: Պետությունը դեֆոլտի մասին չհայտարարեց, բայց նրանք չէին կարող սպասարկել արտաքին պարտքը»,-նշեց տնտեսագետը: Զոյա Թադևոսյանի խոսքով՝ մենք գտնվում ենք չափազանց ծանր վիճակում, բյուջեն ունի խնդիրներ՝ կապված հարկեր և մուտքեր հավաքագրելու հետ, արտաքին պարտքն էլ շատ արագ աճում է: «Եթե չկարողանանք սպասարկել պարտքը, ապա ստիպված կլինենք դեֆոլտ հայտարարել»,- հավելեց նա:

«Մի օրինակ բերեմ. Ազգային ժողովում քննարկվում էր բյուջեն, վարչապետը հայտարարեց, որ առաջիկա տարիներին բյուջեն չի կարող լուծել սոցիալական խնդիրներ՝ թոշակների բարձրացման հետ կապված: Նախորդ տարիներին եղել է թոշակների բարձրացում, թեկուզ հազար դրամով»,- փաստեց տնտեսագետը: Զ. Թադևոսյանը համոզված է՝ այս ամենն ավելի կդժվարացնի սոցիալական դրությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև այն, որ չի արվել գների ինդեքսացիա:

Մեր զրուցակիցը ցավով փաստում է, որ այն աշխատուժը, որը կարող էր աշխուժացնել տնտեսական վիճակը, հեռանում է մեր երկրից: Ուրեմն, ըստ Զոյա Թադևոսյանի, մենք զրկվում ենք հարկային հնարավոր մուտքերից:

Մեր զրուցակիցը հիշեցնում է,   որ Հայաստանը բազմաթիվ երկրներից և միջազգային կառուցներից վարկեր է ստացել: «Եթե հայտարարենք դեֆոլտ, ապա կհեղինակազրկվենք՝ ճանաչվելով անվստահելի գործընկեր»,- ընդգծեց տնտեսագետը: Զ.Թադևոսյանը լավատես չէ, նա կարծում է, որ մենք չենք կարող լուծել արտաքին պարտքի հետ կապված հարցերը: Անդրադառնալով Կենտրոնական բանկի՝ առաջին նախագահին ուղղված պատասխանին և այդ կառույցի գործունեությանը՝ Թադևոսյանն ասաց.

«Կենտրոնական բանկը պետություն է պետութան մեջ, իրենք գործում են իրենց շահերին համապատասխան: Չեմ հիշում, որ իրենց վարած քաղաքականությունն օգուտ բերի մեր պետությանն ու տնտեսությանը: Միշտ էլ ԿԲ-ն խանգարել է: Պարզ էր, թե ինչ մեկնաբանություն պետք է տա ԿԲ-ն, քանի որ այդ կառույցը պատասխանատվութուն ունի»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը հետևյալ հայտարարությունն էր արել.

«Մինչ վարչախումբն զբաղված է կառավարման համակարգի և ընտրական գործընթացի բարեփոխման թատերական արարողություններով` ակնհայտորեն միտված ոչ այնքան պետության առողջացմանը, որքան սեփական իշխանության ամրապնդմանն ու հավերժացմանը, մեր երկրին մոտ ժամանակներս սպառնում է իրական տնտեսական աղետ` այս անգամ թաքնված ԴԵՖՈԼՏ «բարեհունչ» անվան տակ»:

Կենտրոնական բանկն արձագանքել էր այդ հայտարարությանը՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կատարել և շարունակում է կատարել իր պարտավորություններն առանց որևէ խոչընդոտի և ապագայում չի նշմարվում որևէ ռիսկ, որ ՀՀ-ն չի կարողանա կատարել իր պարտավորությունները:
