Բազմաթիվ հետազոտություններ հաստատել են սոդայի և կիտրոնի հզորությունը և թե ինչպես է այս երկուսի համակցումը մեծ օգուտներ ունենում առողջության համար։
Ապացուցված է, որ կիտրոնի և սոդայի համադրությունը առավել ուժեղ ազդեցություն ունի քաղցկեղի վերացման համար, քան քիմիոթերապիան։ Այս պարզ միջոցը գաղտնի է պահվում, քանի որ դեղագործական արդյունաբերությունը միլիարդավոր դոլարներ կկորցնի ամեն տարի։

Վերջերս կատարված հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ ամեն շաբաթ 4 կիտրոն օգտագործելու դեպքում նվազում է հաստ աղիքի քաղցկեղի առաջացման հավանականությունը 18 տոկոսով, ստամոքսի քացկեղը՝ 18 տոկոսով, շուրթերի քաղցկեղը՝ 53 տոկոսով և կոկորդի քաղցկեղը՝ 58 տոկոսով։
Կիտրոնը ոչնչացնում է քաղցկեղի 12 տարբեր տեսակի բջիջները։ Այն կանխում է բջիջների տարածումը և 10,000 անգամ ավելի ուժեղ ազդեցություն է ունենում, քան քիմիոթերապիան և այլ դեղամիջոցներ։
Քիմիոթերապիան ազդում է մարմնի վրա ներսից և դրսից։ Այն սպանում է ամեն ինչ, բացի քաղցկեղից։ Այս ամենը հիշելով՝ փորձեք բնական թերապիան։
