Քնի համար լավագույն դիրքը (ձախից)` մեջքի վրա, ձեռքերը դրած մարմնի երկարությամբ: Ցանկալի է ընտրել գլխի ձևը ընդունող բարձ:

Քնի համար ամենավատ դիրքը (աջից)` փորի վրա կամ մեջքի վրա, ձեռքեևը գլխի տակ դրած:

Ուսերի ցավի դեպքում.

Քնի համար լավագույն դիրքը (ձախից)` մեջքի վրա, ձեռքերը` մարմնի երկարությամբ, այնպես, որ ուսերը կիսով չափ լինեն բարձի վրա: Կարելի է քնել նաև կողքի վրա` փորձելով անել այնպես, որ ցավոտ ուսը ծանրություն չկրի:
