Ջրային կոմիտեի նախագահը կարևորել է KfW բանկի գործունեությունը Հայաստանում

Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյանն ընդունել է գերմանական Վերականգնման վարկերի բանկի (KfW)  հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության ղեկավար Զառա Չատինյանին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից, Զառա Չատինյանը Կոմիտեի նորանշանակ նախագահին ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում Բանկի իրականացրած ծրագրերը, ինչպես նաև ընթացիկ ծրագրերի մանրամասները:

Ըստ նրա՝ կարևորագույն ծրագրերից է «Հայաստանի ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման ներդրումային ծրագիրը»: Այս պահին իրականացվում է մանրամասն նախագծման աշխատանքների  խորհրդատուների ընտրության գործընթաց: Այս ծրագրում KfW բանկի ֆինանսական մասնակցությունը կազմում է 30 մլն. եվրո:

KfW բանկի ներկայացուցիչը առանձնացրել է նաև Շիրակի մարզում նախատեսված բիոլոգիական մաքրման կայանի շինարարության ծրագիրը, որի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմում է 4.5 մլն. եվրո: Ըստ ծրագրի՝ շինարարական աշխատանքները կտևեն 3 տարի:

Արսեն Հարությունյանը կարևորել է KfW բանկի գործունեությունը Հայաստանում և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել առավել սերտ համագործակցել:

«KfW բանկը այն կառույցներից է, որն առավել ուշադիր և մանրակրկիտ է մոտենում մրցույթային գործընթացներին: Իմ կարծիքով` գնումների մրցույթային գործնթացները պետք է կազմակերպվեն հնարավորինս հստակ և ընկալելի չափորոշիչներով՝ ապահովելով բարեխիղճ մրցակցություն և հնարավորինս շատ թվով ընկերությունների մասնակցություն, ինչը թույլ կտա ոչ միայն որակական ընտրություն կատարել, այլև՝ ապահովել ողջ գործընթացի առավելագույն թափանցիկությունը»,- նշել է Արսեն Հարությունյանը:

KfW բանկի աջակցությամբ Հայաստանում իրականացվում է «Համայնքային ենթակառուցվածների ծրագիրը», որի ընդհանրուր արժեքը կազմում է 74 մլն. եվրո: Ծրագրի շրջանակներում արդեն իսկ իրականացվել է ծրագրի նախագծման մրցույթը, կնքվել են համապատասխան պայմանագրեր:
