«Հոկտեմբեր ամսին օդի ջերմաստիճանը կանխատեսված էր նորմայի սահմաններում, տեղումները՝ նորմայից պակաս, և իրոք վերջին տեղումները եղել են սեպտեմբեր ամսին, երբ որ նկատվեց ջերմաստիճանի լուրջ անկում: Սեպտեմբերի 25-ից մինչև օրս մեր երկիրը գտնվել է արևադարձային տաք օդային հոսանքների ազդեցության գոտում և կարելի է ասել, որ ոջ տարածքում դիտվել բարձր ջերմային ֆոն, իսկ որոշ օրերին՝ անոմալ բարձր ջերմային ֆոն: Հոկտեմբերը մայիսից հետո երկրորդ տեղումնառատ ամիսն է մեր երկրում, բայց ներկա պահին ունենք տեղումների մեծ դիֆիցիտ: Արարատյան դաշտում ընդհանրապես տեղումներ չեն եղել, և առաջին անձրևն այս գիշեր տեղաց: Աշնանացանի համար սա բացասական երևույթ է»,- այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց  ՀՀ ԱԻՆ «Հիդրոմետ» ծառայության օդերևութաբանության կենտրոնի պետի տեղակալ Գագիկ Սուրենյանը:

Անդարդառնալով առաջիկայում սպասվող եղանակին, նա ասաց, որ այս ամառային եղանակից միանգամից լուրջ ջերմաստիճանային նվազում է սպասվում. «Ուրալի տարածքից դեպի Հայաստանի տարածք է շարժվում արկտիկական ճակատ, որը մեր երկիր կհասնի հոկտեմբերի 17-ին: Այսօր առատ տեղումներ կլինեն Սյունիքում, Վայոց Ձորում և Արցախում: Վաղը երկրի ողջ տարածքում սպասվում է առանց տեղումների եղանակ, իսկ արդեն հոկտեմբերի 17-ին այդ արկտիկական ճակատը ներթափանցում է մեր երկիր և գործելու է մինչև հոկտեմբերի 19-ը ներառյալ:

Բայց հանրապետության տարբեր մարզերում նրա ազդեցությունը տարբեր կերպ է արտահայտվելու: Հոկտեմբերի 17-19-ը բոլոր հանրապետության բոլոր շրջաններում սպասվում են տեղումներ. որոշ շրջաններում տեղումները կլինեն ձյան տեսքով: Ձյուն կտեղա Լոռիում, Տավուշի նախալեռնային գոտիներում, Սյունիքի նախալեռնային հատվածում և Արցախում: Հոկտեմբերի 17-19-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում օդի ջերմաստիճանը էապես կնվազի. հանրապետության մարզերում՝ 8-10 աստիճանով, իսկ Լոռիում, Տավուշում, Սյունիքում և Արցախում՝ այսօրվա համեմատ կնվազի 15-20 աստիճանով, այսինքն՝ կլինի բացասական ջերմաստիճան»:

Նրա խոսքով՝ տեղումների ինտենսիվությունը հատկապես մեծ է լինելու Տավուշի, Սյունիքի մարզերում և Արցախում. «Այստեղ սպասվում են ձյան առատ տեղումներ, բուք, մառախուղ, ցածր տեսանելիություն, ճանապարհներին՝ մերկասառույց: Լեռնային շրջաններում ևս կլինեն տեղումներ, բայց  վերը նշված մարզերի համեմատ՝  տեղումները կլինեն թույլ: արարատյան դաշտում և մայրաքաղաք Երևանում կլինի ամպամած եղանակ, ցածր ջերմային ֆոն և ժամանակ առ ժամանակ կտեղա թույլ անձրև: Եթե այսօր Երևանում սպասվում է 20-22 աստիճան տաքություն, ապա հոկտեմբերի 18-ին ցերեկային առավելագույն ջերմաստիճանը չի գերազանցի +12+13 աստիճանը»:

Հոկտեմբերի 20-ից հետո, ըստ Սուրենյանի՝ հարավ-արևմուտքից նորից տաք օդային հոսանքներ են մոտենալու մեր երկրի տարածքին և հոկտեմբերի 20-ից հետո ակնկալվում է ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացում. «Մոտ 4-6 աստիճանով ջերմաստիճանը կբարձրանա»:
