Ալյասկայում բնակվող տաղանդավոր և ինքնուս նկարչուհի Լի Քրոսսը խաղալիքներ է պատրաստում սկսած 12 տարեկանից: Նրա պատրաստած հիասքանչ կենդանիները այնքան բնական տեսք ունեն, որ թվում է, թե նրանք կցատկեն մեր գիրկը և իրենց տաք դունչիկներով կհպվեն մեր ձեռքի ափին:
Լի Քրոսսը շատ է սիրում նոր հետաքրքիր կենդանիներ պատրաստել: Պանդաներից և աղվեսներից բացի նա նաև պատրաստում է բավականին իրատեսական վիշապներ և միաեղջյուրներ:
