Մոսկվայում տագնապով ու մտահոգությամբ են ընկալել Ռուսաստանի վրա աննախադեպ կիբերհարձակում կազմակերպելու վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ սպառնալիքները, հայտնել են ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ից։ Սակայն նման «բազարային բղավոցները», որոնք հեռու են դիվանագիտությունից, ռուսական կողմին չեն ստիպի «ընկրկել», հայտնել է ՌԴ ԱԳ փոխնախարար Սերգեյ Ռյաբկովը «Ինտերֆաքսին» տված հարցազրույցում։

Նրա խոսքով, Ռուսաստանը վերածվել է «խաղաքարտի, որը խաղարկվում է ամերիկացիների նախընտրական պայքարում»։ «Սա արդեն նույնիսկ մեգաֆոնային դիվանագիտություն չէ», քանի որ ոչ մի դիվանագիտություն այստեղ առհասարակ չկա՝ սրանք զուտ բազարային բղավոցներ են։ Մեզ այդ բղավոցներով չես վախեցնի ու չես հաղթի ․․․ սպառնալիքների նոր մասնաբաժինը մեզ անակնկալի չի բերի»,- հավելել է ԱԳ փոխնախարարը։

Այն հարցին, արդյոք Վաշինգթոնի հայտարարությունը պետք չէ ընկալել որպես շանտաժի փորձ՝ Ռյաբկովը պատասխանել է․ «Ցավոք Վաշինգթոնից կարելի է ակնկալել ցանկացած ամենադրամատիկ որոշումներ, քանի որ ինչպես փորձն է ցույց տալիս, նրա համար Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները որոշակի ներքաղաքական նպատակների հասնելու միջոց է»։ Նա կարծիք է հայտնել, որ այդ իրավիճակում ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները փորձում են «բարձրացնել թեկնածուներից մեկի՝ ընտրվելու հնարավորությունները»։

Նախօրեին ամերիկյան NBC հեռուստաալիքը, վկայակոչելով հետախուզական ծառայություններում իր աղբյուրը, հայտնել է, որ ԱՄՆ աշխատակազմում ցանցահենային հարձակումները դիտարկում են որպես պատասխան քայլ ամերիկյան նախագահական ընտրություններին ռուս ցանցահենների ենթադրյալ միջամտությանը։ Աղբյուրները չեն ճշգրտել, թե հատկապես ինչ միջոցառումների մասին է խոսքը, բայց նշել են, որ հետախուզական վարչությունը արդեն սկսել է «բացել կիբեր դռները» ու ընտրել նշանակետեր ծրագրվող գործողության համար։
