«Հայաստանի բարեփոխումները պետք է ղեկավարի ուժեղ մեկը»․ ռուս պաշտոնյա

Հայաստանի համար տնտեսական համագործակցության գրեթե անփոխարինելի գործընկեր են Իրանն ու Ռուսաստանը: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Ռուսաստանի «Խնայբանկ»-ի նախագահ Գերման Գրեֆը։
Վերջինս նշեց, որ Հայաստանի քայլը՝ անդամակցելու Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը, կընդլայնի տնտեսական շուկան, տնտեսական հնարավորությունները:
Միաժամանակ, Գերման Գրեֆը նշեց, որ պետք են բարեփոխումներ, որոնք կարագացնեն զարգացման գործընթացը:
«Ես գիտեմ, որ առաջիկայում Հայաստանում ընտրություններ են սպասվում: Հեռու եմ այն մտքից, որ գնահատական տամ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին: Բարեփոխումների փաթեթը պետք է գլխավորի ուժեղ մարդ՝ դա կլինի գործողը, թե նոր դեմք, բայց նա պետք է ունենա խարիզմա»,- նշեց «Խնայբանկ»-ի նախագահը:
Գերման Գրեֆը շեշտեց, որ աշխարհում որևէ երկրի տնտեսություն, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը, գրավիչ չի կարող լինել ներդրումների, համագործակցության համար, եթե մեկուսացած լինի: Այս առումով, ԵՏՄ-ն, ըստ նրա, ներդրողներին գրավելու բավական արդարացված միջոց է։
Ինչ վերաբերում է նավթի նվազող գներին, ապա ՌԴ «Խնայբանկ»-ի նախագահն ասաց, որ իր կարծիքով նավթի համաշխարհային գներն այլևս չեն վերադառնա նախկին ցուցանիշին:
«Դժվար թե, գները վերադառնան 138 դոլարի ցուցանիշին, որովհետև առաջարկների բալանսը խախտվել է: Այսօր գոյություն չունի նավթի դեֆիցիտի հիմնախնդիրը, ուստի այս ռեսուրսի պահանջարկը կշարունակի նվազել: Առաջիկա 10-15 տարիներին այս տենդենցը պահպանվելու է, ուստի պետք է գտնենք նավթին այլընտրանքային հումք»,- նշեց Գերման Գրեֆը:
