Վերջերս Պուտինը էներգետիկ համաժողովի առիթով պաշտոնական այցով ժամանեց Ստամբուլ:

Պուտին-էրդողան բանակցությունների արդյունքում վավերացվեցին մի շարք համաձայնագրեր, որոնց իրականացումը միայն շահույթ կբերի երկու երկրներին էլ: Ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները, որ մինչև վերջերս, կարելի է ասել, գլխիվայր շրջված էին, վերջապես կարգավորվեցին և վերադարձան իրենց բնականոն ընթացքին:

Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների բարելավումը աստիճանաբար կնվազեցնի Թուրքիայի կախվածությունը ԱՄՆ-ից: Սիրիայի և Իրաքի խնդիրները աշխարհագրական և տնտեսական առումներով ավելի շատ մոտ են Թուրքիային և Ռուսաստանին, քան ԱՄՆ-ին: Այնուամենայնիվ, պետք է այնպես անել, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների բարելավումը չվնասի ԱՄՆ-ի հետ հարաբերություններին:

Թուրքիա-Ռուսաստան հարաբերությունները չեն կարող այլընտանք լինել թուրք-ամերիկյան հարաբերություններին, սակայն և՛ Իրաքւոմ, և՛ Սիրիայում ԱՄՆ-ի վարած քաղաքականությունը սպառնում է Թուրքիայի անվտանգությանը: Թուրքիան չի կարող անտարբեր հետևել՝ ինչպես է ԱՄՆ-ը, իր շահերից ելնելով, վերակառուցում տարածաշրջանը:

ԱՄՆ նպատակը Հյուսիսային Սիրիայուվ տարածաշրջանի նավթը Միջերկրական ծով արտահանելու համար էներգետիկ միջանցքի ստեղծումն է: Թուրքիայի կարծիքով՝ ԱՄՆ-ը այդ քայլով «ահաբեկիչների միջանցք» է ստեղծում Սիրիայի հյուսիսում: Դրան ի պատասխան՝ Թուրքիան Ռուսաստանի հետ ստորագրում է «Հյուսիսային հոսք»-ի մասին համաձայնագիրը:

Թուրքիան համառորեն պնդում է, որ Ժողովրդական ինքնապաշտպանական ջոկատները՝ YPG-ը, Քրդական աշխատավորական կուսակցության ճյուղ է: ԱՄՆ-ը դա չի ընդունում և հակառակ Թուրքայի՝ շարունակում է հովանավորել նրանց: Թուրքիան Ջերաբլուսի գործողություններով փորձում է խանգարել դրան: Ինչպես թվարկված, այնպես էլ մի շարք այլ գործոններ փաստում են, որ ԱՄՆ-ը շատ հարցերում երկերեսանիություն է ցուցաբերում: Ապացույցներն ակնհայտ են:

Հենց ԱՄՆ-ը, հանդես գալով որպես ժողովրդավարության առաքյալ, ամբողջ ուժով աջակցում ՝ աս-Սիսիի հեղափոխականներին Եգիպտոսում: Հենց ԱՄՆ-ն է հովանավորում Ֆեթհուլլահ Գյուլենի ղեկավարած FETO կազմակերպությունը, որին Թուրքիան մեղադրում է երկրում հեղափոխության փորձ կատարելու միջոցով վիճակը ապակայունացնելու համար: ԱՄՆ-ը, Թուրքիային իր ռազմավարական գործընկերը համարելով, շարունակում է նրա շահերը ոտնահարող քաղաքականություն վարել տարածաշրջանում:

Թուրքիան պետք է հասկանա, թե ինչ խաղ է ընթանում տարածաշրջանում, և բարելավի իր հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ դրանով հանդերձ չվատթարացնելով հարաբերությունները ԱՄՆ-ի հետ:
