Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ՔՊ-ից ընտրված Նոր Կյանքի գյուղապետը, փաստորեն, իր հետ բերում է ՀՀԿ-ականների գործելաոճը, այն է՝ գյուղում զգալ իրեն փոքրիկ իշխանիկ և գյուղի հաստատությունները լցնել սեփական թիմակիցներով ու փոքրիկ կլան ստեղծել։ 
Նախ, եթե այս նորընտիր գյուղապետի համար մանակապարտեզի ներկա տնօրենին աշխատանքից հեռացնելը կապված է ընտրություններում տարիներ շարունակ կեղծիքները համակարգելու և ՀՀԿ-ին ծառայելու հետ, ուրեմն՝ դրա վերաբերյալ գյուղապետը պետք է դիմի նախ իրավապահ մարմիններին՝ ձեռքի տակ ունենալով ապացույցներ։ Իհարկե հասկանալի է, որ հատկապես գյուղերում դպրոցի և մանկապարտեզի տնօրեններն այս ընտրական մեքենայությունների կարևոր օղակն են կազմում, սակայն այս երևույթը դեռևս առանց հիմնավորումների չի կարող աշխատանքից հեռացնելու պատճառ լինել։ 
Մյուս կողմից՝ կարդալով առցանց լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին տված Նոր Կյանքի գյուղապետի մեկնաբանությունը՝ հասկանալի է, որ կա նաև մեդալի մյուս կողմը, այս մարդն ասել է նախընտրական շրջանում, որ իր ընտրվելուց հետո ինքը կադրային փոփոխություններ է անելու իր բարեփոխումներն իրականացնելու համար։

Նրա խոսքերով՝ դա տարածվել է միայն տնօրենի վրա, և ոչ ամբողջ անձնակազմի, և դեռ աշխատանքից հեռացնելու հայտարարություն էլ չի արվել։
Ստացվում է, որ տնօրենը, մտավախություն ունենալով, նախահարձակ է եղել և որոշել է ամեն կերպ կանխել իր հնարավոր պաշտոնանկությունը՝ մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացնելով։
