Սա այն դեպքն է, երբ կարելի է հպարտանալ քաղաքական գործչի` հանուն իր երկրի որոշում կայացնելու ունակությամբ: Հասկանալի է, որ նման երևույթներ լինում են զարգացած ժողովրդավարություններում. ԱՄՆ-ի համար սա առաջին դեպքը չի: Մեր նորագույն պատմությունը նաև Ալ Գոռի նմանատիպ վարքագծի և որոշման օրինակն ունի:

Իսկ պատմությունը սա է.
