«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ մշակույթի եւ երիտասարդության հարցերի նախկին նախարար Հասմիկ Պողոսյանի հարսը հարցաքննվել է, իսկ պատճառն էլ հարուցված քրեական գործն է, որով անցնում է Հասմիկ Պողոսյանը: Ինչպես հայտնի է, Հասմիկ Պողոսյանը եւ Իսրայելում ՀՀ նախկին արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Արմեն Սմբատյանը հայտնվել են պատմության կիզակետում, եւ նրանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Երեւանի կենտրոնում՝ Աբովյան 3 հասցեում գտնվող ԱՕԿՍ-ի շենքի սեփականաշնորհման հետ կապված։

Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի՝ շենքը դարձել է Արտասահմանյան երկրների հետ մշակութային համագործակցության հայկական հասարակական կազմակերպության սեփականությունը, ապա պատմամշակութային արժեք հանդիսացող շենքը եւ դրա զբաղեցրած հողամասը, Հ.Պ.-ի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, ձեւական գործարքի արդյունքում 550 000 ԱՄՆ դոլարով վաճառել են օֆշորում՝ Բրիտանական Վիրջինյան կղզիներում գրանցված, Հասմիկ Պողոսյանի հարսին պատկանող ընկերությանը` օրինականացնելով հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքը՝ խեղաթյուրելով գույքի իրական բնույթն ու ծագման աղբյուրը: Եվ հենց դա է պատճառը, որ հարցաքննվել է նաեւ նախկին նախարարի հարսը: Ավելին, նշված քրեական գործով ՀՀ մշակույթի եւ երիտասարդության հարցերի նախկին նախարարը ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով եւ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 190-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, եւ նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում»:
