Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ անցած տարեվերջին ծագած կոնֆլիկտը, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տարեվերջյան ասուլիսին Արցախից կոշտ արձագանքներ հնչեցին, շարունակություն ունի։ Հիշեցնենք․ Փաշինյանը գրեթե բաց տեքստով ասել էր, որ Արցախի անկախության եւ կարգավիճակի հարցում հույսեր փայփայելն անիմաստ է։ Նրա հայտարարություններին արձագանքել էր անգամ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը՝ հայտարարելով․ «Արցախահայության ինքնորոշման իրավունքի լիարժեք ճանաչումը որեւէ վերապահման ու զիջման ենթակա չէ, եւ այդ հարցի բացառիկ տերը հենց արցախահայությունն է: Միայն Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանություններն են լիազորված խոսելու Արցախի բնակչության անունից»:
Օրերս Պապիկյանի հարսանիքին մասնակցելու համար Երեւան ժամանած Արայիկ Հարությունյանը երեկ մասնակցել է նաեւ Արցախի հարցերով կառավարությունում կայացած խորհրդակցությանը, որի ժամանակ Փաշինյանն ասել է․ «2022-ին Հայաստանի կառավարությունը շուրջ 144 մլրդ դրամի բյուջետային աջակցություն է տրամադրելու Արցախին: 2021-ին այդ թիվը գերազանցել է 100 մլրդ դրամը»: ՔՊ-ական շրջանակներում երեկ տարակուսած էին, ասում էին, որ կոնֆլիկտի օրերին Փաշինյանը թիմին ասել էր, որ պատերազմից հետո ահռելի օգնություն եմ ուղարկել Արցախ, բայց դրա պատկառելի մասը հայտնվել է «Արայիկի եւ նրա մերձավորների գրպանում», անգամ ասել էր՝ եթե հիմա սկսեմ քննել էդ գործը, կասեն՝ քաղաքական հետապնդում է մեր դեմ, ուստի չեմ անում։
Երեկ նրանք հարցնում էին՝ եթե 21-ին Արցախ մտած գումարները յուրացվել են, ինչո՞ւ են 2022-ին ավելի շատ գումար հատկացնում՝ առանց պատժելու։
