IDBank выпустил очередной транш долларовых облигаций

5 апреля текущего года IDBank выпустил очередной транш номинальных купонных облигаций под аббревиатурой AMANLBB2HER6 посредством публичной оферты.

Общий объём номинальных купонных облигаций составляет 5 миллионов долларов США. Срок обращения облигаций составляет 27 месяцев, годовая процентная ставка - 3%, облигации будут выплачиваться ежеквартально.

Облигации будут размещены с 5-го апреля 2022 года по 1-е июля 2022 года включительно. После размещения будет осуществлен листинг облигаций в ОАО «Армянская фондовая биржа». Облигации будут котироваться посредством создателя рынка (Marketmaker).

По словам финансового директора IDBank-а Армана Асатряна, спрос на облигации IDBank-а остается высоким. Процесс покупки облигаций IDBank-а максимально упрощен, а всю необходимую информацию об уже купленных облигациях можно увидеть в разделе «Банкинг» приложения Idram&IDBank. Там указаны отличительный код облигаций, количество, номинальная стоимость, годовой купонный доход, дни выплаты купона и погашения облигаций», — говорит Арман Асатрян.

Для приобретения облигаций IDBank-а необходимо заполнить соответствующую заявку и подать в Банк. Вся информация про облигации пятого выпуска 2021г. доступна здесь.

Привлеченные по номинальным облигациям денежные средства считаются гарантированным банковским вкладом и гарантированы «Фондом гарантирования возмещения вкладов».

Проспект Облигаций зарегистрирован ЦБ РА, решением Председателя ЦБ PА N1/392A от 23-го июля 2021 года. Электронная версия проспекта и основные условия выпуска размещены на официальном веб-сайте IDBank-а.
