Օգոստոսի 18-ին, ժամը 08։20-ի դրությամբ որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքները վերսկսվել են։
Որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է 16 քաղաքացու դի (Միսակ Պատվականի Մարգարյան, ծնված 1965 թ․, Անահիտ Վազգենի Մխիթարյան, ծնված 1967 թ․, Ջեմմա Սարգսի Նազարյան, ծնված 1960 թ․, Անահիտ Զարզանդի Խալաթյան 1970 թ․, Վարդան Գուրգենի Քոչարյան, ծնված 1960 թ․, Գայանե Արտավազդի Ավետիսյան, ծնված 1966 թ․, Արամ Կոմիսարի Հայրապետյան, ծնված 1980 թ․, Վաչագան Վահագնի Եղոյան, ծնված 2000 թ․, Էռնա Մանվելի Գրիգորյան, ծնված 1980 թ․, Հարություն Սամվելի Գարաքյան, ծնված 1988 թ․, Մարիամ Արմենի Խաչատրյան, ծնված 1992 թ․, Սիրարփի Արմենի Խաչատրյան, ծնված 1994 թ․, Մարատ Կարենի Շահբազյան, ծնված 2018 թ․, Հրաչյա Ֆաենբերգի Սարգսյան, ծնված 1976 թ․, Արտավազդ Համբարձումի Հայրապետյան, ծնված 1951 թ․ և անձը չպարզված մեկ քաղաքացու դի)։
Երևան քաղաքի ԲԿ-ներ է դիմել 62 քաղաքացի, որոնցից 4-ը շարունակում է բուժում ստանալ, իսկ մնացածը ստանալով համապատասխան բուժօգնություն, դուրս են գրվել։
Դեպքի վայրում աշխատում են մոտ 29 փրկարարական ծառայող, այդ թվում՝ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության 14, Փրկարարական ուժերի վարչության հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնից 15, Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի օպերատիվ, Բժշկական ապահովման վարչության, Հրդեհաշիջման և փրկարարական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման բաժնի հերթապահ խմբերը, Հոգեբանական աջակցության բաժնի հերթապահ հոգեբանը։
Որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են 2 տեղամասով։ Աշխատանքներում ներգրավված են նաև քաղաքապետարանի 1 տրակտոր, 1 բեռնատար ինքնաթափ և 1 ավտոկռունկ։
Օգոստոսի 14-ից 18-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում «Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրոնում հրդեհաշիջման և որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքներին հերթափոխերով մասնակցել են ՓԾ տարածքային և կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումներից մոտ 935 փրկարարական ծառայող։
Փրկարարները փլատակներից դուրս են բերել 10 տուժածի։
ԱԻՆ «911» թեժ գծին ստացված զանգերի արդյունքում «Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրոնի տարածքում անհետ կորած կարող են համարվել հետևյալ քաղաքացիները՝
1․ Գագիկ Կառլենի Կարապետյան, ծնված 1959 թ․
2․ Վանիկ Խաչիկի Ամիրխանյան, ծնված 1967 թ․
Անհետ կորած քաղաքացիների վերաբերյալ որևէ տեղեկություն ունենալու դեպքում խնդրում ենք զանգահարել «911» թեժ գիծ։
Հոգեբանական աջակցության բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը մոտ 35 քաղաքացիների տեղում ցուցաբերել է հոգեբանական աջակցություն։ Քաղաքացիները հոգեբանական աջակցություն կարող են ստանալ նաև զանգահարելով «911» թեժ գիծ։
Հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքները դեպքի վայրում համակարգել է ԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը։
Դեպքի վայրում են գտնվել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ օգոստոսի 14-ին, ժամը 13։23-ին Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երևանի Արշակունյաց 15 հասցեում գտնվող «Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրոնում տեղի է ունեցել պայթյուն՝ հրդեհի բռնկմամբ, ինչի հետևանքով եռհարկանի շինությունը մասնակի փլուզվել է։
Հրդեհը մեկուսացվել է օգոստոսի 16-ի ժամը 14։38-ին, մարվել՝ 17։49-ին։ Հրդեհաշիջման և փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման տարածքը նախնական տվյալներով կազմում է մոտ 1 հա։ Փլուզվել է եռհարկանի շինությունը (մոտ 2889 քմ)։
