Արցախի կառավարությունը ներկայացրել է շրջափակման 58-րդ օրվա տեղեկագիրը փետրվարի 6-ի դրությամբ:  

Օրվա վիճակագրական թարմացումներ

  • 10 երեխա գտնվում է մանկական հիվանդանոցի նորածնային և վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներում:
  • 9 չափահաս բուժառու գտնվում է վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում, որոնցից 3-ը ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում է։
  • Արդեն 210 երեխա ծնվել է շրջափակման մեջ:
  • Արցախի բոլոր բուժհաստատություններում պլանային վիրահատությունների դադարեցման պատճառով մոտ 590 քաղաքացի զրկվել է վիրահատվելու միջոցով առողջական խնդիրների լուծման հնարավորությունից։
  • Մինչ այսօր Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի միջնորդությամբ և ուղեկցությամբ Արցախից Հայաստան է տեղափոխվել 70 հիվանդ՝ համապատասխան բուժում ստանալու համար։
  • Ստեղծված տնտեսական բարդ իրավիճակի պատճառով նախնականորեն առնվազն 5,100 մարդ կորցրել է աշխատանքը և եկամտի աղբյուրը։ 

Ավելի քան 22 800 տոննա կենսական նշանակության ապրանքներ կմակատարարվեին Արցախ, եթե չլիներ շրջափակումը, որի ընթացքում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի և ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի կողմից մատակարարվել է դրա միայն չնչին մասը:

Կարևոր փաստեր

  • Ադրբեջանի կառավարության գործակալները ահաբեկչական գործողություններով 58 օր շարունակ շրջափակման պայմաններում պատանդ են պահում Արցախի 120 000 բնակչությանը:
  • Շրջափակման պատճառով Արցախի 120 000 բնակչությունը (ներառյալ՝ շուրջ 30 000 երեխա, 20 000 տարեց, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող 9 000 անձ) կրում է բազմաթիվ զրկանքներ և, ի թիվս այլ իրավունքների խախտման, կանգնած է թերսնման և ցրտահարման մեծ ռիսկի առջև:
  • Շրջափակման պայմաններում սննդի սրացող սղության պատճառով հունվարի 9-ից փակվել է 41 մանկապարտեզ, 20 երկարօրյա ուսումնական հաստատություն։
  • 5 528  երեխա այլևս չի կարողանում մանկապարտեզ հաճախել՝ զրկվելով համապատասխան խնամք և սնունդ ստանալու հնարավորությունից:
