Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 12-ին, վիճաբանություն և դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 10:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Էրեբունու բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Սարի Թաղում վիճաբանություն և դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել ու կա վիրավոր։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Էրեբունու բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Մինչ ոստիկանները կժամանեին դեպքի վայր, «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվում ժամը 10։15-ի սահմաններում, որ Երևանի 103 շտապօգնության 05 բժիշկների խումբը իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու՝ «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի դանակահարում» ախտորոշմամբ։

Էրեբունու համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Երևանի բնակիչ 54-ամյա Տիգրան Սարգսյանն է, իսկ ըստ բժիշկների նա ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու։

Ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Էրեբունու բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են նաև, որ ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում Տ. Սարգսյանի և վերջինիս փեսայի՝ Երևանի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Էրիկ Երվանդյանի միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ էլ Է. Երվանդյանն իր մոտ գտնվող խոհանոցային դանակով մեկ անգամ հարվածել է Տ. Սարգսյանին:

Նշված տեղեկությունը Էրեբունու համայնքային ոստիկանությունից փոխանցում է նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Երևան քաղաքի քրեական վարչության մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների բաժին, և քրեական ու համայնքային ոստիկանության համագործակցության արդյունքում, տաք հետքերով, Սայաթ-Նովա պողոտայում ոստիկանները հայտնաբերում են Է. Երվանդյանին և տեղափոխում ոստիկանություն, որտեղից էլ նրան ներկայացնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, վիճաբանությանը ներկա են եղել նաև կանայք, ու եթե Էրեբունու համայնքային ոստիկանները օպերատիվ չգործեին, վիրավորների թիվը կհասներ 2-ի կամ 3-ի։ Այդ մասին դեպքի վայրում ասում էին հարևանները, սակայն հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել։
