Немецкий депутат: Мы не должны потерять Армению из-за российского империализма

Мы не должны потерять Грузию и Армению из-за российского империализма. Об этом в соцсетях написал председатель комитета по внешним связям парламента Германии Михаэль Рот.

«Дорогой Никол Пашинян, поздравляю с этим огромным шагом на пути к ЕС. Это историческое решение! Я очень надеюсь, что ЕС не просто найдет добрые слова, но и активно поддержит Армению», - отметил он.

Напомним, что парламент Армении на заседании 12 февраля одобрил законопроект «О начале процесса вступления Республики Армения в Евросоюз».
Проект поддержали 63 депутата, против выступили всего 7.
Его инициатор – гражданская инициатива «Платформа демократических сил», которой за 2 месяца удалось собрать 60 тыс. подписей (при требуемых законом 50 тыс. подписей). Эти подписи были необходимы для вынесения проекта на рассмотрение в НС.
9 января 2024 года проект одобрило Правительство Республики Армения.
