Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ մարտի 14-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Ժամը 00։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ մի քաղաքացի «որովայնի շրջանի կտրած-ծակած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է «Ապարան» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ առաջին բուժօգնությունը ստանալուց հետո ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրողը, Ապարանի ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 28-ամյա Հայկ Մ․-ն է, ով նշված մարմնական վնասվածքը ստացել է Ապարան քաղաքի «Նիգ» գործարանի մոտակայքում՝ անհայտ անձի կողմից դանակով հարվածներ հասցնելու հետևանքով: Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով, պարզվել է, որ մարտի 13-ին ժամը 22։30-ի սահմաններում Ապարան քաղաքում հայտնի «Գնթունիք» սուպերմարկետում անձնական հարցերի շուրջ խոսակցություն է տեղի ունեցել նշված սուպերմարկետի աշխատակիցներ, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչներ 32-ամյա Անդրանիկ Պ․-ի և 27-ամյա Անի Մ․-ի միջև, որից հետո վերջինս Անդրանիկ Պ․-ի հետ պարզաբանումներ կատարելու նպատակով զանգահարել է իր մտերիմ, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 30-ամյա Տիգրան Մ․-ին և հայտնել կատարվածի մասին:
Աշխատանքի ավարտից հետո՝ արդեն մարտի 14-ին՝ ժամը 00:10-ի սահմաններում, Անդրանիկ. Պ-ն․ իր ընկերներ՝ «Գնթունիք» սուպերմարկետի աշխատակիցներ Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչներ 28-ամյա Նարեկ Ս-ի, հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված Հայկ Մ-ի և դեռևս չճտվածանձանց հետ հանդիպել են Ապարան քաղաքի «Նիգ» գործարանի մոտակայքում, որտեղ էլ տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, ապա ծեծկռտուք, որի ժամանակ էլ Հայկ Մ․-ն դանակահարվել է։
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են դեպքի հանգամանքները, ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ դեպքի մասնակիցների ամբողջական տվյալները պարզելու, նրանց և հանցագործության գործիք առարկան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Դեպքի փաստով ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ապարանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
