ԱԱԾ նախկին սպա Արամ Գասպարյանը երեկ տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն, նրա մոտ սրտի սուր ինֆարկտ է տեղի ունեցել։ Այս մասին MediaHub-ին հայտնեց նրա պաշտպան Արամ Վարդևանյանը:

«Այս պահին վիճակը ծանր է, նա գտնվում է վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում»,- հայտնեց Արամ Վարդևանյանը:

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Գասպարյանի խափանման միջոց տնային կալանքը վերացնելու համար։ «Ընթացքում, երբ մենք նկատել ենք առողջական խնդիրը, ես մշտապես դա բարձրաձայնել եմ: Վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինը, դատարանը, բոլորն էլ տեղեկացված եղել են առողջական խնդիրների մասին, բայց հանուն արդարության ասեմ՝ սրտանոթային առողջական խնդիրը սրտանոթային մենք չենք բարձրաձայնել, այն իսկապես երեկ է ի հայտ եկել: Մենք այլ խնդիրների մասին էինք բարձրաձայնում, որը կրկին ծանր առողջական խնդիրներին համարժեք խնդիրներ են: Սրտանոթայինը, որը ինֆարկտին է հանգեցրել, երեկ է զարգացել շատ կայծակնային արագությամբ, նա հիմա հիվանդանոցում է ու դեռ մի քանի օր էլ կմնա, և դրան համարժեք արձագանք իրավական հետևանքի տեսքով պետք է լինի, ես սա իսկապես կարևորում եմ»,- ասաց ԱԱԾ նախկին սպայի պաշտպանը:

Ըստ Վարդևանյանի, գտնվում են իրավական այն ռեժիմում, որից շեղումը բերում է մարդուն խոշտանգելուն։

«Դա էլ է խոշտանգում, այսինքն պարտադիր չի, որ Ոստիկանության բաժանմունքը պատկերացնենք երբ խոսում ենք խոշտանգումից»,- հավելեց նա:
