Լոռու մարզում դպրոցներ կմիաձուլվեն. նախագիծ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Լոռու մարզպետի աշխատակազմի՝ հանրային քննարկման ներկայացրած նախագծից պարզ է դառնում, որ մարզում գործող երկու՝ Բովաձորի և Ամրակիցի միջնակարգ դպրոցները միավորվելու են Ստեփանավանի թիվ 3 հիմնական դպրոցի հետ։ Նշվում է՝ գործընթացը պետք է այնպես կազմակերպել, որ նշված հաստատությունների սովորողների կրթությունը 2025-2026 ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկին կազմակերպվի արդեն նոր դպրոցում։ Նոր ուսումնական տարվանից սկսած սովորողների համար հասանելի կլինեն առավել նպաստավոր պայմաններ, նորակառույց շենքն ամբողջությամբ՝ իր բոլոր հնարավորություններով կծառայի ուսումնական հաստատության սովորողների կրթական կարիքների բավարարմանը։

Ըստ նախագծի, վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանում իրականացվել են մի շարք օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ՝ հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների գործունեության բարելավման նպատակով։ Այս նախագծի ընդունման կապակցությամբ Լոռու մարզպետի աշխատակազմն ուսումնասիրել է մարզի փոքրաթիվ աշակերտական համակազմ ունեցող դպրոցների վիճակը և տեղեկատվություն է հավաքագրել հանրակրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող Բովաձորի և Ամրակիցի միջնակարգ դպրոցների հզորության, սովորողների և լիցենզիայով սահմանված տեղերի քանակի վերաբերյալ:

Առաջարկվում է այս երկու դպրոցները միացնել Ստեփանավանի թիվ 3 հիմնական դպրոցին և սահմանել, որ վերջինիս գործունեության առարկան 1-ին աստիճանի (1-4-րդ դասարաններ) և 2-րդ աստիճանի (5-9-րդ դասարաններ) հանրակրթական հիմնական և լրացուցիչ ծրագրերի իրականացումն է: Կրթական երրորդ աստիճանի (10-12-րդ դասարաններ) հանրակրթական հիմնական և լրացուցիչ ծրագրերի իրականացումն առաջարկվում է ապահովել Ստեփանավանի Հովհաննես Թումանյանի անվան ավագ դպրոցում կամ Ստեփանավանի Վահան Թեքեյանի անվան թիվ 6 միջնակարգ դպրոցում։

Ըստ պետական գերատեսչության, այս միաձուլման արդյունքում կապահովվի սովորողների կրթություն ստանալու հնարավորությունը՝ 1-ին և 2-րդ աստիճանի հանրակրթական հիմնական ծրագրերի ուսուցումը նորակառույց ուսումնական շենքում կազմակերպելու միջոցով, կբարձրանա ուսման որակը՝ դպրոցը արհեստավարժ մասնագետներով և մանկավարժներով համալրելու միջոցով, ուսումնադաստիարակչական աշխատանքներն ու սովորողների կրթության ապահովման գործընթացը կիրականացվի առավել բարենպաստ պայմաններում:
