Չինաստանը կասեցրել է գալիումի, գերմանիումի և ծարիրի ԱՄՆ արտահանման արգելքը՝ մետաղներ, որոնք կենսական նշանակություն ունեն ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների համար, կիրակի օրը հայտնել է երկրի առևտրի նախարարությունը, ինչը նշանավորել է Վաշինգտոնի հետ առևտրային պատերազմի հետագա թուլացումը, հաղորդում է AFP-ն։

Սահմանափակումներն արգելել են, այսպես կոչված, երկակի նշանակության ապրանքների՝ ինչպես քաղաքացիական, այնպես էլ ռազմական կիրառություն ունեցող նյութերի արտահանումը։

2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին մտցված արգելքն այժմ կկասեցվի մինչև 2026 թվականի նոյեմբերի 27-ը, ասվում է առևտրի նախարարության հայտարարության մեջ։ Այս հայտարարությունը հնչել է այն բանից հետո, երբ հոկտեմբերի 30-ին Հարավային Կորեայում հանդիպել են առաջնորդներ Սի Ծինփինը և Դոնալդ Թրամփը և պայմանավորվել չեղարկել որոշ պատժիչ միջոցներ, որոնք մտցվել էին սակագների հաջորդական սրման ընթացքում:

Ինչ-որ պահի երկու կողմերի մաքսատուրքերը հասել էին անհավանական եռանիշ թվերի՝ դժվարացնելով առևտուրը աշխարհի երկու խոշորագույն տնտեսությունների միջև և բարդացնելով մատակարարման գլոբալ շղթաները։ Առևտրային պատերազմի ընթացքում Չինաստանը ձգտում էր ուժեղացնել իր ազդեցությունը կարևորագույն հանքային ռեսուրսների վրա, որոնք ընկած էին ամեն ինչի հիմքում՝ սմարթֆոններից մինչև առաջադեմ ռազմական տեխնոլոգիաներ։ Գալիումը, գերմանիումը և ծարիրը հազվագյուտ հողային տարրեր չեն, սակայն կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն տնտեսության մի շարք ճյուղերի համար։

Ըստ 2024 թվականին հրապարակված Եվրոպական միության զեկույցի՝ Չինաստանին բաժին է ընկնում գալիումի համաշխարհային արտադրության 94%-ը, որն օգտագործվում է ինտեգրալ սխեմաներում, լուսադիոդներում և ֆոտոգալվանային պանելներում։ Չինաստանին բաժին է ընկնում գերմանիումի արտադրության 83%-ը, որն անհրաժեշտ է օպտիկամանրաթելային և ինֆրակարմիր ճառագայթման համար։

Ծարիրն օգտագործվում է ինչպես մարտկոցների արտադրության մեջ, այնպես էլ ռազմական արդյունաբերության մեջ՝ զրահատեխնիկայի և զինամթերքի ամրացման համար։ Իր հակիրճ հայտարարության մեջ նախարարությունը նաև հայտարարել է գրաֆիտի հետ կապված արտադրանքի արտահանման սահմանափակումների թուլացման մասին, որը նույնպես արգելված էր երկակի նշանակության ապրանքների վերահսկողության շրջանակներում։

Սրանք դեէսկալացիայի վերջին միջոցներն են, որոնք ձեռնարկվել են Պեկինի կողմից Սի Ծինփինի և Թրամփի հանդիպումից հետո։

Չորեքշաբթի Չինաստանը հայտարարել է, որ մեկ տարով կերկարաձգի ԱՄՆ ապրանքների վրա լրացուցիչ մաքսատուրքերի կասեցումը՝ դրանք պահպանելով 10% մակարդակում։
