Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի uպանության գործով մեղադրյալները կմնան կալանքի տակ

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանում՝ դատավոր Մուշեղ Արամյանի նախագահությամբ, կայացել է Մերձավանում Փարաքարի համայնքապետ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի և Կարեն Աբրահամյանի սպանության գործով հերթական դատական նիստը, այս մասին գրում է Փաստինֆոն։
Գործը գտնվում է հիմնական դատալսումների փուլում, դատարանում հրապարակվել են որոշակի ապացույցներ, այդ թվում՝ սպանությունը կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվող Գևորգ Հարությունյանը հրաժարվել է նախաքննության ընթացքում տրված խոստովանական ցուցմունքներից։ Հանրային մեղադրող Անդրանիկ Շահբազյանը միջնորդեց ևս երեք ամսով երկարացնել մեղադրյալներ Նարեկ Օհանյանի և Գևորգ Հարությունյանի կալանքի ժամկետը։ Պաշտպանության կողմն առարկեց միջնորդության դեմ։ Պաշտպան Վահան Հովհաննիսյանը միջնորդեց՝ փոխել Օհանյանի կալանքը՝ տնային կալանքով։ Վերջինս պնդեց, թե խնդիր չի ունեցել գործով տուժողների հետ, վրեժխնդրության հարց չի էլ եղել, ըստ իրեն՝ ինքն անիմաստ կալանքի տակ է։
Դատարանը որոշեց անփոփոխ թողնել և ևս երեք ամսով երկարացնել մեղադրյալների խափանման միջոց կալանքի ժամկետը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2025թ․ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին՝ ժամը 23։52-ի սահմաններում, Մերձավան բնակավայրի Երևանյան խճուղում՝ իր նորակառույց տան մոտ սպանվել է Փարաքարի համայնքապետ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը։ Նրա հետ միասին սպանվել է քրեական ոստիկանության ծառայող Կարեն Աբրահամյանը, որը Գրիգորյանի ընկերն է ու դեպքի պահին նրա հետ է եղել՝ ոչ ծառայության հետ կապված։
