«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա իշխանությունը ամենօրյա ռեժիմով նորանոր «մեթոդներ» են գտնում՝ ընտրական պրոցեսները վերահսկելու համար: Ի մասնավորի, նախօրեին «կարկառուն» քպականներից մեկն, անդրադառնալով տեղեկություններին, թե 100 հազարից ավելի ՀՀ քաղաքացի է Ռուսաստանից գալու Հայաստան՝ ընտրելու հունիսի 7-ին, ասել էր, թե «100 հազար մարդուց 30-40 հազարին վարժական հավաքների կուղարկենք»:
Դեռ մի կողմ թողնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ այս իշխանություններն այս էլ որերորդ անգամ բանակը, ծառայությունը, վարժական հավաքները ներկայացնում են որպես պատժամիջոց: Շատ ավելի ուշագրավ է, որ այսպիսի հայտարարությունն իրականում ուղղակի սպառնալիք կամ «բլթոց» չէ: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, իրականում իշխանությունները նման որոշում ունեն, ավելին՝ արդեն իսկ սկսել են այդ պրոցեսը, այն է՝ մինչև 55 տարեկան ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին, որոնք Ռուսաստանից վերադառնում են Հայաստան, միանգամից «հրավիրում» են 25-օրյա վարժական հավաքների: Սրա նպատակն այն է, որ նախ՝ այդ մարդիկ քվեարկության մասնակցեն իրենց «հսկողության» ներքո, երկրորդ՝ նման օրինակներով փորձեն վախեցնել և կանխել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների մուտքը Հայաստան մինչև հունիսի 7-ը ներառյալ:
Այստեղ, սակայն, մի հարց է բաց մնում՝ ինչո՞ւ են իշխանությունները վստահ, որ Ռուսաստանից հայրենիք վերադարձող քաղաքացիներն անխտիր ընտրելու են ընդդիմությանը:
