Հայաստանում կսահմանվեն ջրի, գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաշվիչների ստուգաչափման նոր գները

Հայաստանում առաջարկվում է սահմանել հանրային ծառայությունների ոլորտներում կիրառվող ջրի, բնական գազի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի և այլ չափման սարքերի ստուգաչափման գները։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության մշակած հրամանի նախագիծը հրապարակվել է Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում։
Նախագծով մինչև 20 միլիմետր պայմանական անցումով ջրի հաշվիչի ստուգաչափման գինը նախատեսվում է սահմանել 300 դրամ, իսկ 25 միլիմետր և ավելի անցումով ջրի հաշվիչինը՝ 2500 դրամ։
Կենցաղային գազի հաշվիչի ստուգաչափումը կարժենա 500 դրամ։ Ավելի մեծ հզորությամբ գազի ծավալային մեմբրանային հաշվիչների ստուգաչափման գինը կկազմի 1000 կամ 1500 դրամ՝ կախված սարքի թողունակությունից։
Գազի ռոտացիոն և տուրբինային հաշվիչների ստուգաչափման համար նախատեսվում է սահմանել 8000-ական դրամ գին, իսկ էլեկտրոնային ծախսաչափերի ստուգաչափման համար՝ 32 հազար դրամ։
Էլեկտրական էներգիայի միաֆազ հաշվիչի ստուգաչափման գինը նախատեսվում է սահմանել 400 դրամ, եռաֆազ հաշվիչինը՝ 600 դրամ։
Ջերմային հաշվիչի ստուգաչափման գինը կկազմի 12 հազար դրամ, հոսքաչափինը՝ 5000 դրամ, իսկ էլեկտրամագնիսական և ուլտրաձայնային հոսքաչափերի ու ծախսաչափերի համար՝ 15 հազար դրամ։
Հոսանքի և լարման տրանսֆորմատորների ստուգաչափումը կարժենա 2000-ական դրամ։ Ջրի, գազի և էլեկտրական հաշվիչների ստուգաչափման կայանքների համար նախատեսվում է սահմանել 25 հազար դրամ գին։
Նշված բոլոր գները ներկայացված են առանց ավելացված արժեքի հարկի։
Նախագծով նախատեսվում է ուժը կորցրած ճանաչել 2018 թվականին ընդունված համապատասխան հրամանը և նոր կարգավորումները համապատասխանեցնել «Չափումների միասնականության ապահովման մասին» օրենքում կատարված փոփոխություններին։
Հրամանը նախատեսվում է ուժի մեջ դնել պաշտոնական հրապարակմանը հաջորդող տասներորդ օրը։ Նախագծի ընդունմամբ պետական կամ համայնքային բյուջեների եկամուտների և ծախսերի էական փոփոխություն չի ակնկալվում։
