ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ «ՑԱՅԳ» հեռուստաընկերությունն իրականացնում է «Շիրակցու խոսք» ծրագիրը, որն ուղղված է Շիրակի մարզի հարուստ և ինքնատիպ երգիծական բանահյուսության փաստագրմանն ու հանրայնացմանը՝ հեռուստատեսային և թվային մեդիա ձևաչափերով։ Այս մասին հայտնել են ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից:
Ծրագրի իրականացումը հիմնավորվում է այն հանգամանքով, որ «Շիրակի երգիծական բանահյուսությունը» մշակութային տարրը ՀՀ կառավարության 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ի N 1719-Ա որոշմամբ գրանցվել է ՀՀ ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության արժեքների ցանկում՝ այդ կերպ առաջնահերթություն ստանալով պահպանության և կենսունակության ապահովման ուղղությամբ: Առաջարկը ներկայացրել է Շիրակի հայագիտական հետազոտությունների կենտրոնը՝ մարզի համայնքներում գրանցած դաշտային հետազոտական նյութերի հիման վրա և հավանության է արժանացել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարին կից ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության հարցերի մասնագիտական խորհրդի կողմից:
Ծրագրի ընթացքում Շիրակի երգիծական բանահյուսությունը կրկին հանրային դաշտի ուշադրության կենտրոնում է՝ որպես մշակութային ինքնության կենսունակ բաղադրիչ՝ պահպանելով համայնքների ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգությունը, երիտասարդության կողմից այդ ժառանգության նորովի արժևորումը: Սոցիալական հարթակներում երգիծական բանահյուսության նմուշների տարածումն ընդլայնում է դրա պահպանության և շարունակականության ապահովման հետագա հնարավորությունները:
