Մի «անտեր» շենքի ոդիսական. ի՞նչ վիճակում է ՊՆ նախկին շենքը

Կոտայքի մարզի Պռոշյան գյուղի տարածքում է գտնվում պաշտպանության նախարարության նախկին շենքը:

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը ահազանգ է ստացել, որ շենքի ճակատագիրը անորոշ է, բացի դա, ինչ-որ մարդիկ «զավթել են» շենքի տարբեր սենյակներ և ամենատարբեր տեսակի, ընդ որում՝ անհասկանալի բնույթի գործունեություն են ծավալում:

«Փաստը» որոշեց պարզել, թե այս պահին ի՞նչ կարգավիճակ ունի այս շենքը, ի՞նչ ճակատագիր է սպասվում դրան: Կոտայքի մարզպետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ստորաբաժանման խորհրդատու Նունե Այլանջյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ շենքի պահպանումը գտնվում է պաշտպանության նախարարության տիրույթում, իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է շենքի տարածքի «զավթումներին», ապա այս պահի դրությամբ մարզպետարանը որևէ ահազանգ չի ստացել:

Դիմեցինք ՀՀ ՊՆ խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանին, ով նշեց, որ նախարարությունը շենքը հանձնել է պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեին:

Հաջորդ զանգը պետգույքի կառավարման կոմիտե էր:

Մեր հացադրումներին պատասխանեց կոմիտեի արտաքին կապերի և ինֆորմատիկայի բաժնի պետ Նորա Մելքոնյանը: Նա նշեց. «Նշված շենքը գտնվում է ՊՆ հաշվեկշռում, սխալվել են՝ ասելով, թե պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեինն է, հետևաբար հսկողություն կարող են իրականացնել իրենք։ Տարածքներ «վերցնելու» մասով չենք կարող մեկնաբանել, բայց բացառում ենք, որ օրինական և պայմանագրով որևէ մեկը տարածք ստացած կամ վարձակալած լինի։ Իսկ նշված գույքի հետ կապված, ընդհանուր առմամբ, կա ներդրումային ծրագիր, որը քննարկման փուլում է»:

Կրկին զանգահարեցինք պարոն Հովհաննիսյանին, նշեցինք, որ պետգույքի կառավարման կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ շենքը գտնվում է ՊՆ հաշվեկշռում: ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակի արձագանքը չուշացավ. «Ե՞վ»:

Մեր հարցը ևս. «Եվ ցանկանում էինք իմանալ՝ ի վերջո ՊՆ-ի՞, թե՞ պետգույքի հաշվեկշռում է գտնվում այդ շենքը ու ի՞նչ վիճակում է: «Եթե նույնիսկ մեր հաշվեկշռում է, միևնույն է՝ մենք այս պահին ոչ մի գործառույթ չենք իրականացնում այդ շենքում: Այն տրված է պահպանության», - ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը:
