Կունենա՞նք 2050-ին 5 մլն բնակչություն. թվերն այլ բան են ասում
POLITICSՀՀ հանրային օրակարգում միշտ առանձնահատուկ տեղ է հատկացվել ժողովրդագրական ցուցանիշներին։
Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ գործող իշխանությունները հայտարարում են ՀՀ բնակչությունը մինչև 2050 թվականը 5 մլն դարձնելու մասին (ի դեպ՝ նախկին իշխանությունները խոսում էին 2040-ին՝ 4մլն բնակչություն ունենալու մասին), սակայն ՀՀ ժողովրդագրական ցուցանիշները ներկայումս ունեն կայուն բացասական միտում:
Պետք է փաստենք, որ այդ միտումը շարունակվում է, ավելին՝ մոտեցել ենք ժողովրդագրական ճգնաժամի շեմին:
Թերթն ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում պարզել է, որ 2018 թվականին ՀՀ ազգաբնակչությունը նվազել է 14000-ով, իսկ 2019թ. 1-ին կիսամյակում հանրապետությունում ծնվածների թիվը նվազել է 150-ով, մահացածների թիվը աճել է 572ով։
Սրան զուգահեռ մշտական ցուցանիշը նվազել է 8200-ով։
ՀՀ բնակչության նվազման միտումը շարունակվել է նաև սույն թվականին։ Այսպես՝ 2019թ. հոկտեմբերի դրությամբ՝ մշտական բնակչությունը նվազել է 11750-ով։
2019-ի երեք եռամսյակում բնակչության բնական հավելաճը նվազել է 550-ով, ի դեպ՝ եթե համեմատական անցկացնենք 2017-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշների հետ, ապա պարզ է դառնում, որ ծնվածների թիվը նվազել է 4,2 տոկոսով, իսկ 2018թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ` 20-ով։
Պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունն ուսումնասիրելով՝ թերթը պարզել է, որ 2019 թվականին ՀՀ-ից անվերադարձ մեկնել է 35549 քաղաքացի, փոխարենը 25692 (գործազուրկների ընդհանուր թվի 11 տոկոսը) օտարերկրացի է եկել ՀՀ։
Ժողովրդագրական ոլորտի փորձագետներից մեկը թերթի հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ քանզի բնակչության բնական աճի փոփոխությունները դանդաղ են, ապագա բնակչության կառուցվածքը և հնարավոր խնդիրները համեմատաբար հեշտ կանխատեսելի են։
Մեր զրուցակիցը նաև հավելել է, որ այդուհանդերձ այդ զարգացումների վրա քաղաքական որոշումներով ազդելը ևս բարդ է:
