«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում քննարկվում էր «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ներկայացրած նախագիծը, որը դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի վավերացրած «Շուշիի հռչակագիրը»: Ադրբեջանցի պատգամավորներին Երևանում «պատշաճ դիմավորել» պատրաստվող քպականների ջանքերով նախագծին տրվեց բացասական եզրակացություն: Ասել, որ դա անակնկալ էր, իհարկե, միամտություն է, գործող իշխանություններից այլ բան սպասելի չէր: Սակայն առավել ուշագրավ էին պատճառաբանությունները, թե ինչու խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը չի միանում հայտարարությանը: Նախ՝ արձանագրենք, որ իրենց քայլն արդարացնելու համար քպականները հերթական անգամ որպես «սոուս» օգտագործեցին «ժողովրդի քվեն»:

Ստացվեց, որ «հպարտ քաղաքացիներն» իրենց քվե են տվել, որ աջակցեն «Շուշիի հռչակագրին»: Ինչ վերաբերում է բուն պատճառաբանությանը, ապա միտքը հետևյալն է՝ «տարածաշրջանում երկարատև խաղաղություն» հաստատելու և այդ գործընթացը որևէ պարագայում հանկարծ չվիժեցնելու համար չենք միանում «Հայաստան» դաշինքի նախաձեռնությանը: Մի խոսքով՝ «այն, ինչ պահանջվում էր ապացուցել»: Առավել ևս, որ քպականներից մեկը նշեց, թե Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի «նպատակները միշտ չէ, որ համընկնում են Հայաստանի նպատակների հետ»:

Հետաքրքիր է՝ թշնամական այդ երկրների ո՞ր նպատակներն են համընկնում Հայաստանի նպատակների հետ: Ոչ պակաս ուշագրավ էր հայտարարությունը, թե «անում ենք այն, ինչ նպատակահարմար ենք գտնում»: Այդպիսի մի հայտարարություն արդեն լսել ենք Փաշինյանի կողմից. «Ինչ ուզում ենք, այն էլ բանակցում ենք»: Հետևանքները՝ տեսանք: Մնում է հասկանալ, թե այս անգամ ինչ հետևանքներ են լինելու...
