«Սիրո և համերաշխության» հերթական դրսևորումը՝ անվանարկումներով ու մատ թափ տալով
POLITICSԱզգային ժողովում կառավարության 2019 թվականի կատարողականի քննարկմանը ամփոփիչ ելույթ ունեցավ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և գրեթե բառ անգամ չխոսեց կատարողականի մասին: Կես ժամանոց ելույթի ընթացքում Փաշինյանը անընդհատ մատ էր թափ տալիս բառիս ամենաիսկական ու փոխաբերական իմաստով:
Երբ իշխանություններին մեղադրում են ատելություն և չարություն սերմանելու մեջ, հակադարձում են, թե իրենք «սիրո ու համերաշխության» արժեքներ կրողներ են: Այնինչ, միայն երեկվա ելույթում Փաշինյանը «հաջողացրեց» անվանարկել իր քաղաքական մրցակիցներին, ընդդիմախոսներին՝ նրանց որակելով «քաղաքական դիակներ», «քաղաքական բացիլներ» և «հռետորական» հարց ուղղելով, թե «որտեղ են հայտնվելու այդ ուժերը և, ամենակարևորը, ինչ ԴԻՐՔՈՎ»:
Սակայն այս ամենը նորություն չէ: Ամենաուշագրավը վարչապետի «կանխատեսումն» էր, թե հաջորդ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքում խորհրդարանում կհայտնվեն այն ուժերը, որոնք պաշտպանում են 2018 թ. հեղափոխության արժեքները, որևէ այլ ուժ տեղ չի ունենալու: Սա ցույց է տալիս, որ տեղեկությունները, թե Փաշինյանը ձեռնամուխ է եղել գրպանային, մերձհեղափոխական ընդդիմության և իր երազանքի անընդդիմադիր քաղաքական դաշտի ձևավորմանը, իրականություն են:
Բայց մի կողմ դնենք դեժավյուի տպավորությունը «Մելիք-Ադամյան փողոցով անցնելու» հետ կապված, մի կողմ դնենք նաև այն, որ նշյալ «արժեքները» չափազանց հարաբերական են, որ, այսպես կոչված, «հեղափոխական արժեքները» իշխանությունները վաղուց հենց իրենք չեն պահպանում, որ իշխող ուժի որդեգրած «արժեքները» մեծամասամբ ընդունելի չեն հանրության կողմից: Շատ ավելի էական է, թե ո՞ւմ անունից է նման կանխորոշում անում Փաշինյանը: Էլի՞ ժողովրդի: Դա որևէ մեկն իմանալ չի կարող: Բայց այդ մասին՝ հաջորդիվ...
Հա, ի դեպ, տարօրինակ էր, որ վերջում բուռն ծափահարություններ և օվացիա չհետևեցին ելույթին:
