Այս իշխանությունները տարիներ շարունակ մուննաթ էին գալիս բոլորի վրա, որ Արցախին ամենաշատ գումարը իրենք են տվել: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է քաղտեխնոլոգ Կարեն Քոչարյանը։
«ՀՀ բյուջեով Արցախին տրվող գումարը կազմում էր 140 միլիարդ դրամ: Հիմա, միասնության կոչ անելու փոխարեն, այս իշխանությունները պետք է շտապ վերաձևակերպեն բյուջեի այդ տողը և այդ գումարը տրամադրեն տնից-տեղից զրկված այն 120,000 մարդկանց, որոնք զրկվել են իրենց տանիքից:
Պարզ թվաբանություն է, եթե 140 մլրդ բաժանես 120,000-ի, ստացվում, որ յուրաքանչյուր անձին տարեկան կտրվածքով հասնում է 1,167,000 (մեկ միլիոն հարյուր վաթսունյոթ հազար) ՀՀ դրամ: Այսինքն՝ ամսական 97,000 դրամ: Այսինքն յուրաքանչյուր բռնագաղթած քաղաքացի պետք է ամսական 97,000 դրամ փող ստանա: Կրկնում եմ՝ ՅՈՒՐԱՔԱՆՉՅՈՒՐ ՔԱՂԱՔԱՑԻ, ոչ թե ընտանիք:
