Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի օրակարգում ընդգրկվել է բանաձև, որն առաջարկում է Բաքվի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ և արցախցիների վերադարձի իրավունքի երաշխավորում

Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի օրակարգում ընդգրկվել է բանաձև, որը վերաբերում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականությանը, դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հարձակումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, կոչ է անում կանխել ագրեսիայի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականության խախտման հետագա փորձերը, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառմամբ և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ հայ բնակչության վերադարձի իրավունքի երաշխավորմամբ:
Բանաձև հիշեցնում է, որ ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հարգումը, որը վերաբերում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայ բնակչությանը, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև կայուն խաղաղության միակ հնարավոր ճանապարհն է, և որ պետությունները պետք է հարգեն և պաշտպանեն այս իրավունքը և հետևաբար, միջազգային հանրության պարտականությունն է պահանջել, որ Ադրբեջանը անի ամեն ինչ՝ երաշխավորելու հայ բնակչության վերադարձի իրավունքը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ՝ նրանց անվտանգությունն ու բարեկեցությունն ապահովելու հնարավոր պայմաններով:
Բանաձև կոչ է անում եվրոպացի գործընկերներին հետևել Ֆրանսիայի օրինակին և ավելացնել Հայաստանին տրամադրվող մարդասիրական օգնությունը՝ երկրում ապաստանած Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի քաղաքացիական բնակչության հիմնական կարիքները բավարարելու համար:
Այն վերահաստատում է Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության անձեռնմխելիությունը և կոչ է անում անհապաղ և անվերապահ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքից ելման դիրքեր դուրս բերել ադրբեջանական ուժերը:
Բանաձև ողջունում է Հայաստանին ռազմական տեխնիկա մատակարարելու Ֆրանսիայի կառավարության որոշումը:
Այն դատապարտում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության քաղաքական առաջնորդների, օրինական ներկայացուցիչների կամայական ձերբակալությունը և կոչ է անում անհապաղ ազատ արձակել նրանց: Բանաձևը կոչ է անում կառավարությանը պատժամիջոցների ներքո Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունից պահանջել անհապաղ ազատ արձակել իր մոտ գտնվող քաղաքացիական և զինվորական գերիներին և անհապաղ վերադարձնել զոհված հայ զինվորների դիերը:
