ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը զարգացնում է տելեմարքեթինգը՝ որպես հեռավար սպասարկման ժամանակակից ուղի
ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը զարգացնում է տելեմարքեթինգի ուղղությունը՝ հեռավար սպասարկումը բարձրացնելով նոր մակարդակի։ Հաճախորդների հետ աշխատանքի այս ուղին ընդլայնում է սպասարկման հնարավորությունները և թույլ տալիս օգտվել բանկային ծառայություններից՝ առանց Բանկ այցելելու։
Նոր մոդելի գլխավոր առավելությունը բանկային ծառայությունների հասանելիության ընդլայնումն է՝ հեռավար ձևաչափով։ Այն միտված է սպասարկման արագացմանը, հարմարավետության բարձրացմանը և Բանկի հետ մշտական կապի ապահովմանը՝ անկախ հաճախորդի գտնվելու վայրից և դիմելու ժամից։ Հաճախորդները կարող են ստանալ խորհրդատվություն, ծանոթանալ վարկային առաջարկներին և ձևակերպել վարկեր հեռավար եղանակով։ Հայտերի ուսումնասիրման գործընթացը տևում է հաշված րոպեներ։
«Տելեմարքեթինգի զարգացումը քայլ է դեպի ավելի ճկուն և ժամանակակից սպասարկման մոդել, որը հիմնված է հաճախորդների պահանջների և փոխգործակցության թվային ուղիների վրա։ Մենք ստեղծել ենք համակարգ, որի շնորհիվ բազմաթիվ հարցեր հնարավոր է լուծել հեռավար եղանակով։ Նոր մոդելը նաև ուժեղացնում է սպասարկման որակի վերահսկողությունը և օգնում առավել արդյունավետ վերլուծել հաճախորդների վարքագիծն ու նախասիրությունները։ Արդյունքում ծառայությունները դառնում են ավելի անհատականացված և հարմարավետ՝ միաժամանակ նվազեցնելով մասնաճյուղ այցելելու անհրաժեշտությունը։ Ամեն օր մենք կատարում ենք մինչև 700 զանգ հաճախորդներին, ինչի արդյունքում ունենում ենք ամսական ավելի քան 500 վարկային հայտ», – նշել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրենի - Տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալ Տարաս Կլադչենկոն։
Տելեմարքեթինգի ուղղության զարգացմանը զուգահեռ` Բանկը նաև բարելավում է իր գործառնական ենթակառուցվածքը։ Տելեմարքեթինգի թիմի համար բացվել է ժամանակակից գրասենյակ` ստեղծված աշխատակիցների հարմարավետ և արդյունավետ աշխատանքն ապահովելու նպատակով։ Տարածքը հագեցած է աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում հարմարավետության և հանգստի համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմաններով, ինչը նպաստում է կենտրոնացված լինելու բարձր մակարդակի և հաճախորդների հետ հաղորդակցության որակի պահպանմանը։ Այս պայմանների շնորհիվ աշխատակիցները կարող են առավել կենտրոնացված զբաղվել դիմումների մշակմամբ, ինչը բարձրացնում է սպասարկման արագությունն ու արդյունավետությունը։
