Վենեսուելայի նախագահ Նիկոլաս Մադուրոն,որը պաշտոնակն այցով գտնվում էր Բաքվում ապշերոնյան բռնապետի հետ մի քանի համատեղ պայմանագրեր է կնքել և համատեղ դեկլաևացիա ստորագրել,որտեղ Վենեսուելան Արցախը ճանաչում է որպես Ադրբեջանի մաս...Այդ մասին հատուկ նշել է Իլհամ Ալիևը և շնորհակալություն հայտնել Մադուրոյին...
Զարմանալի բան է մարդկային հիշողությունը...Մադուրոն շատ արագ մոռացավ իր հայրենիքի՝Վենեսուելայի պատմությունը...Ինչպես 20-րդ դարի վերջին Արցախն է Ադրբեջանից անկախացման համար պատերազմել,այնպես էլ Վենեսուելան է 1811-1830 թթ-ին պատերազմել անկախության համար Իսպանական միապետության դեմ և շատ մեծ դժվարությամբ այն ձեռք է բերել...Իսպանացիների համար հանցագործ Սիմոն Բոլիվարն էլ դարձավ Վենեսուելայի ՀԵՐՈՍ...Կրկնակի զարմանալի է,երբ արցախահայության ինքնորոշմանը դեմ է գնում քրոնիկ պայքարող սոցիալիստ Մադուրոն...
Քանի դեռ մեր հարազատ ԱԳՆ-ն գաղտնի,բայց "տիտանիկ" աշխատանք է տանում,որի մասին տեղյակ են ընտրալները,ազերի-թուրքերը շատ ակտիվ աշխատում են Լատինական Ամերիկայի երկրներում...Ժամանակին,երբ Արգենտինան և Ուրուգվայը գրեթե պատրաստ էին ճանաչելու Արցախի անկախությունը,մերոնք "քնած" էին...Բաքուն տեղեկացված լինելով այդ մասին և Հարավային Ամերիկայի երկրներում հայկական համայնքների մեծ հնարավորությունների մասին հատուկ աշխատանք է տանում դրանցում իր դեսպանատների միջոցով...Առաջին "զոհը" Կոլումբիան էր...Հիմա արդեն Վենեսուելան է ադրբեջանամետ հայտարարություններով հանդես գալիս...Եթե մեր դիվանագետները շարունակեն նույն քաղաքականությունն ,ապա չեմ զարմանա,եթե շուտով հայաշատ համայնքներ ունեցող Բրազիլիան,Ուրուգվայը և Արգենտինան ևս "իլհամամետ" դառնան,իսկ Բաքուն էլ հասնի նրան,որ Կոլումբիայում գտնվող Արմենիա քաղաքը վերանվանվի ինչ-որ "Մեհրիբանաբադի"...
Վերջապես ե՛րբ են մերոնք հասկանալու,որ դիվանագիտության վրա գումար չեն ափսոսում...
Հ.Գ.ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն պետք է հասկանա,որ այս տենդենցը բավական վտանգավոր է...Այսօր՝ Վենեսուելան է,վաղը մի այլ երկրի նախագահի կհրամցնեն նույն հակահայկական բովանդակությամբ հռչակագիր ստորագրել...Ի դեպ,վաղը Բաքու է ժամանելու Խորվաթիայի նախագահը...Տեսնե՞ս նա էլ է Արցախն Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչելու....
