Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Պարզվում է, վերջին մի քանի տարիներին ընթացքում ԵՄ-ն Հայաստանում կատարել է ավելի քան 500 մլն ներդրում։
Թե ինչպես են և ինչ նախագծերի վրա են ծախսվել այս փողերը, սա հարցի այն կողմն է, որը պետք է ուսումնասիրի մեր հերոս, հակակոռուպցիոն նորանշանակ վարչապետը։ Այո ներդրումները վերցնում ենք ԵՄ-ից, բայց կողմնորուշումը ռուսական է։ Թե ինչու է ռուսամետ այդ կողմորոշումը, այդ հարցի պատասխանը մեր նույնիսկ «տակից դուրս եկող» ՀՀԿ-ականներ չեն կարող տալ իրենց լղոզված ստատուսներում, հատկապես ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո։
Բայց այստեղ խնդիրը ոչ միայն երկրի ապագան վատ դաշնակցի հարուստ պրակտիկա ունեցող պետության հետ կապելն է, այլ ամեն կերպ համոզելը մեզ, որ ԵՄ—ն չի կարող փոխարինել ՌԴ-ին, որ ԵՄ-ն միայն համասեռամոլություն և աղանդավորություն է պարտադրում մեզ, և սա յան միակ հակափաստարկն է, որ այսքան ժամանակ ռուսասերները հնչեցրել է Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական կողմոնրոշման շուրջ բանավեճերի քննարկումների ընթացքում։
Ու մեկ էլ ինձ զարմացնում է այն, թե ինչպես են նույն այս ՀՀԿ-ական քարոզիչները՝ թաքնված և բացահայտ համակիրները, ՖԲ-ում ամբողջ օրը բամբասում ԵՄ-ից, բայց այդ ստատուսների համար իրենց վճարում են հենց ՀՀ-ի թիվ մեկ դոնոր Եվրամիության փողերով։ Այո այսքան աներես են մեր սոցցանցային որոշ քարոզիչները։
