Երևանի ավագանու այսօրվա նիստում մի հետաքրքիր միջադեպ տեղի ունեցավ. «Բարև Երևան» խմբակցության «թոշակառու» ղեկավար, չհիմնավորված թեմաներ բարձրացնող, հետո էլ իր բարձրացած թեմաների ձեռը կրակն ընկած տիկին Բախշյանը հերթական «մտահոգ» հարցն էր ներկայացնում։
Բանը նրանում է, որ տիկին Բախշյանը արդեն մեկ ամիս շարունակ «խիստ մտահոգված» Երևանի կանաչապատ տարածքներին սպառնացող վտանգներ թեմայի ներքո «բարձրաձայնում» է Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանում 20 քմ տարածք շինթույլտվությամբ տրամադրելու քաղաքապետարանի որոշման հարցը: 
Ի՞նչ պարզվեց հաջորդիվ, երբ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը բարձրաձայնեց ողջ հարցի էությունը։
Իսկ պարզվեց, որ տարածքը տրամադրվել է Արցախյան պատերազմում երկու զոհ ունեցած ընտանիքին և որ «արդարության մարտիկ» տիկինն ընդամենը բարձրաձայնում է այդ տարածքի կողքը գնտվող շենքի առաջին հարկի բնակչի հողային ձգտումները, ով ուզում էր այդտեղ խանութ կառուցել։
Ահա և ողջ պատմությունը, բնականաբար երևի տիկին Բախշյանն այս անգամ էլ հույս է ունեցել, որ իրեն չեն պատասխանի, չեն բացի ողջ ճշմարտությունը, ինքն էլ՝ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ մտահոգ խոսացողը, կկարողանա իր հերթական «մտահոգ» ՓՌ–ն իրականացնել։
Իսկ ամենազավեշտալին այն է, որ չունենալով ոչ մի ասելիք, տիկին Բախշյանին ոչինչ չի մնում, քան «մտահոգ» շոուի սցենարը միջանձնային դաշտ տանել՝ իր յուրային լրագրողներին միջոցով հարցը շեղել դեպի կին–տղամարդ հարաբերություն,– «թե բա տեսեք–տեսեք, քաղաքապետը, ինչպես անհարգալից վարվեց տարեց ու հարգանք վայելող կնոջ հանդեպ»։
Մի խոսքով, լավ կլիներ, որ տարեց ու հարգանք վայելող տիկին Բախշյանը ավագանու իր մանդատը ծառայեցնի ավելի հանրօգուտ ու ազնիվ թեմաների համար, այլ ոչ թե սեփական նեղ հարցերը լուծելու, հետո էլ հակառակ էֆեկտից նեղվի։
Միշտ պետք է հիշել, որ մեդալը երկու կողմից է բաղկացած։
