Ծովազարդում արմատավորվում է կտավատի արտադրությունը

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ծովազարդ գյուղում՝ Արիստակես Նաջարյանի տնտեսությունում, արմատավորվում է ավանդական, բայց Գեղարքունիքի մարզի տարածքում նվազագույն ծավալներով օգտագործվող մշակաբույսի՝ կտավատի արտադրությունը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց ԱրիստակեսՆաջարյանը, իր տնտեսությունում այս տարի կատարվել է 5 հեկտար ցանք, որից հավաքվել է մոտ 2,5 տոննա բերք: «Նախորդ տարում կտավատի ցանք կատարել եմ 2 հեկտարի վրա, բայց արդյունքը եղել է զրոյական, քանի որ կարկուտն ամբողջովին ավերեց ցանքը: Այս գարնանը որոշեցի ցանքը կատարել տարբեր գոտիների հողերում, որպեսզի կարկտի դեպքում որոշ հողամասեր զերծ մնան վնասից: Բարեբախտաբար, 5 հեկտարն էլ գրեթե անվնաս մնաց: Միայն բարձրադիր գոտում բերքը չհասցրեց լրիվ հասնել: Այդուհանդերձ, բերքից գոհ եմ, միայն թե հիմա էլ կանգնել եմ իրացման խնդիր առաջ»,-ներկայացրեց Արիստակես Նաջարյա նը: Կտավատի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող գյուղացու համար դժվար է հասկանալ, թե ինչպես է, որ կտավատի ձեթի մեկ լիտրը վաճառվում է միչնեւ 4-6 հազար դրամով, սակայն կտավատի 1 կիլոգրամը շուկայում վաճառվում կամ ձիթհաններում մթերվում է 600 դրամով, այն դեպքում, երբ մշակաբույսի 3 կիլոգրամից ստացվում է 1 լիտր ձեթ: «Երկու տարի առաջ կտավատի մեկ կիլոգրամը վաճառվում էր մինչեւ 2 հազար դրամով: Անցած տարի այն տատանվում էր 1000-1500 դրամի սահմաններում, իսկ այս տարի արդեն խոսք է գնում 600-800 դրամի մասին, ինչն արդեն արտադրողի համար շահավետ չի կարող լինել: Դրսից ձիթհան կազմակեպությունները ներկրում են կտավատը մոտ 600 դրամով, բայց մեր լեռնաշխարհում աճեցված կտավատի որակը բարձր է: Կփորձեմ համապատասխան շուկա գտնել»,-նշեց Արիստակես Նաջարյանը:
Նա կտավատի արտադրության կազմակերպման ու ընդլայնման համար կարեւորեց երկու հանգամանք, որպեսզի բերքահավաքը կատարվի հնարավորինս անկորուստ. վաղ գարնանային ցանքը եւ ժամանակակից կոմբայնի առկայությունը: «Տարիների փորձը ցույց տվեց, որ կտավատի սերմը հարկավոր է հողին պահ տալ մինչեւ մայիսի առաջին տասնօրյակը, որպեսզի բույսը հասցնի կատարել իր հասունացումը: Իսկ նման ծավալների անկորուստ բերքահավաք կատարելու համար հարկավոր է ժամանակակից կոմբայն, մեր ունեցած հնացած տեխնիկայով անհնար է նորմալ բերքահավաք կատարել»,-ասաց կտավատագործը՝ հավլելով, որ եկող գարնանը եւս որոշել է զբաղվել կտավատի մշակությամբ:
