10 մլն դրամ՝ Բեսլանի ավտովթարից տուժածներին

Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հոկտեմբերի 14-ին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Հյուսիսային Օսեթիայիում` Բեսլան քաղաքից 6 կմ հեռավորության վրա տեղի էր ունեցել Մոսկվա-Երևան ոչ կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրում իրականացնող ավտոբուսի վթար, որի հետևանքով զոհված և տուժած Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների թիվը հասնում էր 37-ի:
Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում որոշում է կայացվել վթարի հետևանքով զոհված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների ընտանիքներին և տուժած Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին նյութական օգնություն ցուցաբերել:
Այդ նպատակով կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից որոշում է կայացվել հատկացնել շուրջ 10 մլն դրամ
Ըստ այդմ, վթարի հետևանքով յուրաքանչյուր զոհվածի ընտանիքին տրամադրվում է 1,5 մլն դրամ: Ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հիվանդանոցներում բուժումը շարունակող առավել ծանր յուրաքանչյուր վիրավորին` 700 հազար դրամ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հիվանդանոցներում բժշկական օգնություն ստացած յուրաքանչյուր վիրավորին` 200 հազար դրամ և նշված ավտոբուսի մյուս յուրաքանչյուր ուղևորին` 100 հազար դրամ:
Բացի այդ հանձնանարվել է ըստ պահանջի ապահովել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հիվանդանոցներում բուժումը շարունակող անձանց վերադարձը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն՝ հոգալով տեղափոխման ծախսերը:
Կարևոր է, որ պետությունը այս իրավիճակում աջակցի քաղաքացիներին, քանի որ հնարավոր է այս ընթացքում առաջանան լուրջ խնդիրներ կապված ուղևորափոխադրումների կամ բուժման ծախսերի հետ:
