Ժամանակակից կանանց մոտ հաճախ է հանդիպում իրավիճակ, երբ կինն ուզում է հղիանալ, սակայն չի ստացվում: Պատճառները բազմազան կարող են լինել, և բուժումն էլ պետք է անհատական լինի: Իսկ գինեկոլոգին «ուզում եմ երկրորդ երեխան ունենալ, բայց չի ստացվում» խնդրով դիմող կանայք օր-օրի ավելի են շատանում:
Ճիշտ պահի ընտրությունը
Հավանաբար յուրաքանչյուր կին գիտի, որ բեղմնավորման համար կան մաքսիմալ նպաստավոր օրեր, որոնք լինում են ձվազատումից՝ օվուլյացիայից 6 օր առաջ: Այդ օրերը ֆիքսելու համար գոյություն ունի հրաշալի ու փորձված երկու տարբերակ:
Առաջին տարբերակը մարմնի ջերմաստիճանի չափումն է:
Ամեն առավոտ չափեք ձեր մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը՝ ներառյալ ողջ ցիկլի ընթացքում: Ցիկլից հետո նույնպես շարունակեք չափել ջերմաստիճանը, և եթե այն 0,5 աստիճանով բարձրացել է, նշանակում է՝ Ձեր օվուլյացիան մոտենում է: Հետևաբար վրա է հասնում Ձեր բեղմանավորման համար ամսվա մեջ միակ հարմար պահը:
Երկրորդ տարբերակն ավելի հարմարավետ է, սակայն այս դեպքում Դուք ստիպված կլինեք օրական 800-1000 դրամ գումար ծախսել օվուլյացիոն թեստ գնելու համար: Այդ թեստերը գրեթե բոլոր դեղատներում վաճառվում են: Աշխատում են նույն սկզբունքով, ինչ սկզբունքով աշխատում են հղիության առկայությունը ստուգող թեստերը. օվուլյացիայի առկայության դեպքում թեստը երկու զուգահեռ կարմիր գիծ է գրանցում: Թեստը պետք է անեք ցիկլի ավարտից հետո ամեն օր մինչ այն օրը, երբ կգրանցվի ձվազատումը՝ օվուլյացիան:
Այս արդյունքը նշանակում է, որ առաջիկա 36 ժամվա ընթացքում Դուք ունեք հղիանալու բոլոր շանսերը:
Բացի նրանից, որ կնոջը հղիանալու համար պետք է օվուլյացիա, կարևոր մի քանի հանգամանքներ ևս կան: Նախ՝ կենտրոնանալ այն մտքի վրա, որ ոչ մի կերպ չի ստացվում հղիանալ, պետք չէ ոչ մի դեպքում: Շրջապատի, հարևանների ու ընտանիքի անդամների «անհանգստացած» ինչուները ևս թեթև տարեք ու հնարավորինս խնայեք Ձեր նյարդային համակարգը: Ուշադրություն դարձրեք Ձեր քնի ռեժիմին, սննդակարգին, հրաժարվեք վատ սովորություններից, այնպիսիք, ինչպիսիք են ծխելը, խմիչք օգտագործելը և այլն:
