Ի՞նչ հակադրել Սերժ Սարգսյանի վերադարձին

2017 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մնացել է շուրջ 5 ամիս։ Սա նշանակում է, որ բուն նախընտրական քարոզչությունը և նախընտրական գործընթացները ներկայումս գտնվում են իրենց ամենաակտիվ փուլում։ Առաջին հայացքից տպավորություն է, որ որևէ հստակություն այս պահին չկա, բացի նրանից, որ ՀՀԿ-ն գործելու է իր տրամաբանության մեջ՝ իշխանության վերարտադրությունը ապահովելու համար։ Այս մասին են վկայում նաև Սերժ Սարգսյանի երկիմաստ ձևակերպումներն առ այն, որ իր հետագա գործունեությունը որոշվելու է խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքում։
Սա արդեն իսկ նշանակում է, որ չի բացառվում Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ վարչապետի պաշտոնում հայտնվելը։ Այս հեռանկարի շուրջ մասնավորապես ընդդիմադիր դաշտի ներկայացուցիչները հանդես են գալիս տարատեսակ սուր կամ արմատական քննադատություններով, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից նման քաղաքական որոշման պարագայում, համենայնդեպս այս պահի դրությամբ, ընդդիմադիր ու ոչ իշխանական դաշտը չունի հակընդդեմ առաջարկ։
Անշուշտ, ընդդիմությունը, ինչպես ամենուր, շատ ավելի սահմանափակ ռեսուրսներ ունի իշխանության համեմատ։ Սա պարզագույն իրականություն է, սակայն, եթե խոսքը երկրում իշխանափոխության ու համակարգային փոփոխությունների մասին է, ապա ընդդիմությունը պետք է պարզապես գտնի համապատասխան միջոցներ։ Արդյո՞ք այդ միջոցները կլինեն միասնական ընդդիմադիր ճակատի ձևավորման, թե՞ բոլորովին այլ միջոցներով, խնդրի միանգամայն այլ կողմն է։ Փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ ներկայիս հայաստանյան բեկված և հազար կտորի բաժանված քաղաքական դաշտում միակ կազմակերպված ու համակարգված քաղաքական և ոչ միայն քաղաքական ուժը մնում է Հանրապետական կուսակցությունն իր օլիգարխիկ, կիսաքրեական ու բիզնես բաղադրիչներով հանդերձ։
Խոստովանել այս փաստն անշուշտ տհաճ է, սակայն քաղաքականության մեջ զգացմունքայնությունն ու պաթոսը կամ ջախջախիչ ու միաժամանակ ոչինչ չտվող ելույթներն ու հայտարարությունները պետք է քաղաքական գործընթացի չափազանց փոքր մասնիկը կազմեն։ Մերօրյա իրականության մեջ քաղաքական գործընթացը սահմանափակված է հենց պաթոսի ու հռետորաբանության սահմաններում, ինչն արդեն իսկ ցույց է տալիս իրադարձությունների զարգացման տրամաբանությունը, այսինքն՝ իշխանության ամենաթողությունը ցանկացած հետագա զարգացումների հարցում։
