Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Կարեն Կարապետյանի կառավարությունը հասարակությանն իր, այսպես ասած, բաց և թափանցիկ գործելաոճը, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիներին հուզող խնդիրներին արագ արձագանքելու, հասանալի երևալու համար օրերս հրապարակեց տարբեր ոլորտների պատասխանատուների հեռախոսահամարները։ 
Սա առաջին հայացքից շատ լավ քայլ է հասարակությանն անհանգստացնող երևույթներին հաղորդակից լինելու գործընթացում, ինչը չկար նախորդ կառավարությունների գործելակերպի մեջ։ Բայց ես չեմ հասկանում այս հեռախոսահամարների գոյության իմաստը, եթե արդեն երկու օր է անցել քաղաքի կենտրոնում Երևանի առաջին տպագրական տան շենքի պայթեցումից, և ամբողջ հասարակությունը խոսում ու ահազանգում է դրա մասին, բայց կառավարությունից նորմալ պաշտոնական բացատրություն չեն տվել այս հասարակությանը միայն նրա համար, որ այդ հեռախոսահամարով ինչ-որ մեկը չի զանգել կառավարություն և բողոքել կատարվածի համար։ Միայն տարբեր գերատեսչություններ կատարվածի համար մեկը մյուսին են մեղադրում, իսկ Արմեն Ամիրյանի որակումները եղածին միայն ավելի սրեցին իրավիճակը, այսինքն, եթե կառավարությունն ուզում է գոյություն ունեցող խնդիրներին արագ արձագանքողի և դրանց լուծում գտնողի իմիջ ստեղծել, ուրեմն՝ միայն հեռախոսահամարներով և միայն հասարակության նախաձեռնությամբ դա չի ստացվի, այլապես դա կնմանվի Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի՝ կառավարության մենաշնորհների դեմ պայքարի համար թեժ գծի ստեղծմանը։
