Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենյամին Նեթանյահուն հայտարարել է, որ նպատակ ունի այցելելու Ադրբեջան ու Ղազախստան։ 

Երկրների միջև խորը հարաբերությունների ցուցանիշն է այն հանգամանքը, որը Իսրայելի քաղաքացիները կարողանում են վիզաներ ստանալ Ադրբեջանի օդանավակայաններում: Վերջին տարիներին հրեական պետության ու Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունները ընդլայնվել են ոչ միայն անվտանգության ոլորտներում, այլ նաև էներգետիկայի, գյուղատնտեսության, շինարարության, զբոսաշրջության և այլն: 
Վերջին տասը տարվա ընթացքում Իսրայելը դարձել է Ադրբեջանի 5-րդ առաջատար առևտրային գործընկերը: Այսօր Իսրայելի կողմից օգտագործվող նավթի կեսը առաքվում է Ադրբեջանից, իսկ Բաքուն շարունակում է միլիարդավոր դոլարների պաշտպանական տեխնոլոգիաներ գնել Իսրայելից:
Ինչ վերաբերվում է ՀՀ-ի շահերին ու ազգային անվտանգության հնարավոր սպառնալիքներին՝ կապված Նեթանյահուի այցի հետ, ապա ադրբեջանա–իսրայելայկան ռազմա–տեխնիկական համագործակցությունն ու Բաքվի կողմից Իսրայելից կրկին մի քանի միլիարդ դոլարի նորագույն զենքերի գնումը հանգեցնելու է նրան, որ ՀՀ–ԼՂՀ ստիպված կլինեն գումարներ հայթայթել`ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կողմից հրահրված սպառազինութունների նոր մրցավազքին դիմագրավելու համար։ 
ՀՀ բյուջեն դեֆիցիտային է, արտաքին պարտքը շուտով կարող է հանգեցնել դեֆոլտի, տնտեսությունն աշխուժացնելուն ուղղված բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցառումները միայն ուղղված են արտաքին պարտքի սպասարկման ու սոցիալական պարտավորությունների կատարմանը։ Ռազմական բյուջեն ավելացնելու տարբերականերն այնքան էլ շատ չեն`կա՛մ հարկային բեռի ավելացում, կա՛մ սոցիալական նպաստների, սոցփաթեթների կրճատումներ`գումարները ռազմական բյուջեի համալրմանն ուղղելու համար։ Բաքուն դա շատ լավ հասկանում է, եթե անգամ Ադրբեջանին անհրաժեշտ չլինի իսրայելական նոր զինատեսակներ, միևնույն է, ՀՀ–ին տնտեսապես հյուծելու համար նրանք իրենց նավթադոլարների մի մեծ մասնաբաժինը կարող են կրկին ուղղել զենքերի ու զինտեխնիկայի գնմանը։
ՀՀ–ը պետք է փորձի տնտեսական աշխուժացմամբ ու Սփյուռքի գումարների ներգրավմամբ մրցունակ տնտեսություն կառուցելուն զուգահեռ ուժեղացնի սեփական ռազմա–արդյունաբերական համալիրը`փորձելով ինքնաբավ դառնալ մի շարք ռազմա–տեխնիկական ոլորտներում`մեծ գումարներ չծախսելով արտերկրից զենքեր գնելու վրա ու չունենալ միակողմանի ռազմական կախվածություն մի կենտրոնի, այդ կենտրոնը կարող է ցանկացած պահի մի քանի օրով ուշացնել առաքումները, իսկ այդ օրերն ու անգամ ժամերը կարող են թանկ նստել, եթե հենց այդ օրերին հակառակորդը դիմի ագրեսիայի․ ապրիլի քառօրյան դեռևս շատ թարմ է բոլորի հիշողություններում։
